This product was sent to me by accident, but I thought, hmm, maybe this is serendipity and I decided to give it a whirl.
I don't have trouble going to sleep, just staying asleep. So my review is coming from a different perspective than the others.
I needed all three pills, but while I still didn't get a full 8 hours, it increased my sleep by maybe an hour. (I'll take it!). However, I notice feeling much better the next day, so it may be promoting more restful sleep for the hours I am in repose.
My only complaint may be the price. If I have to take three, then that's only enough for 10 days. I believe I will try not to take them every night and save them for the days I really need the help.
All in all a great product. New Chapter never seems to disappoint. more...
Good design, quiet, easy to fill, empty and clean. Just doesn't seem to add humidity to the air. We have a cat who would benefit from more humidity and didn't want to spend too much money. We have a whole-house humidifier but that still leaves the air too dry for her. Maybe I should try a homemade steam tent for her, ha-ha. I don't think she will cooperate, though. Any ideas? more...
These seem to work well in calming a child down (and I have 3 boys) but not unless you do a few doses (the instructions say 2 every 15 minutes, I don't notice anything until atleast the 2nd time around. I like that they are all natural! more...
I heard about people taking Anatabloc for arthritis with great results, so I had to try it. The price was high ($99!), but I figured if it works, it's worth it. It works. Substantial reduction in pain and stiffness. I've been on just about every arthritis pill. This is more effective, and with no side effects. I'm happy with Anatabloc. Got this gift for a friend so I could go use it. The ball is great the little nubs arent too spikey, but at first they did scratch a little. After using the roller to loosen things up the ball worked much better and then I could use the two in unison. I was a little stiff the next morning but that was my fault for going at it too hard.

This massager is comforting and relaxing but not strong enough to be truly therapeutic. It is well made and feels solid in my hand and it is reliable. I expect it will last many years. It is good for tight and locked joints and muscles but I have to lean into it to get anywhere. For the price, it is better than I expected and overall a good buy. My only real crticism is that it arrived in Australia without a converter for our power system, so I had to go out and buy one. Other than that, go for it and see for yourself. I cant comment on therapeutic qualities, but 12 drops into ~110 mL of water in my candle-powered diffuser fill a room with noticeable (but not overpowering) scent of orange. Economical - almost daily use in two diffusers and 4 months later, Ive gone through a little more than half the bottle. All natural and no smoke unlike incense or resins, so it wont negatively impact health via smoke inhalation. Just a great scent. more...
Love this stuff! I found that gargling and ingesting this iodine pretty much rid me of sore throats and colds. For the 2 years I took this, I never got sick. I had to assume this was what prevented me getting sick since iodine kills germs, etc. Years ago, used a mouthwash for sore throat that I got from a Chiropractic Clinic where I was working in Arizona, and it was Iodine and Slippery Elm. It was probably the iodine that soothed and cleared the sore throat. One thing to be aware of, I did eventually get afib-rapid, irregular heart beat, I think it was caused by taking big doses of bromelain, or ginkgo biloba or another supplement I was taking for joints, but, must consider it could have been from too much iodine which is known to cause afib, I think. At least gargle it regularly for immune health. Make sure you NEED iodine before ingesting it regularly, something I didn't do. I just assumed I probably needed more. This brand is way way more potent than others you may see in stores. In the future, I will take a little less and I know it will boost my immunity. more...
I bought these because I'm an RN, and I'm on my feet a lot. I bought these just as prevention because I don't want varicose veins. I think 15-20 is the perfect compression strength, but I didn't like the open toe because the foot part is too long. But other than that, it stays up for my 12 hr shifts. more...
Had to replace the wife's medicine sort box for 11 pills& vitamins taken through out the day. Great feature to have the daily units and the holder having the weekday marked on both. Clear plastic makes it easy to see that she's taken the medicine. Most 4X7 setups are single units don't permit pulling the day's pill sets out -or - several if you go out for the weekend.
Overall this is a good , sturdy and effective item that should last several years. more...

My personal experience is that in spite of its drawbacks this unit is the most reliable and longest lasting. I've had it 4 years and running and when it finally gave up I bought the same unit again.
Pros:
Large 2.5 gallon tank (you'll only have to fill it once a day for a medium sized room).
Easy to operate.
Easy to clean.
Cheap mineral absorption pads.
Cons:
slight gurgling sound may annoy some.
bright blue LED display too bright (but you can cover it).
Hard water deposits may need to be removed.
Overall, highly recommended as this unit lasts and does its job. more...
