Mendapause/ibs -

i found this product to be great for the symptoms of menopause. while i was taking it i was diagnosed with ibs. i was cramping everyday and eventually had accidents. when i went in to see my gyn for my yearly checkup she told me it doesn't matter where the estrogen comes from plant/horse/me when it hits my receptors it's accepted. so taking mendapause was the same as taking hrt. so i stopped taking the product. within days all of my ibs symptoms stopped and i've not had any other problems. my sil is taking it and not having any problems. i wanted to share my experience because i feel that i can't be the only person that this has happened to.
