I bought this product for my coworker (because she was driving me crazy with her menopause symptoms). So I got it as a gift for her and me..haha. Within 3 days she said she didnt feel as panicky, paranoid, or claustraphobic. She wasn't having hot flashes really so she hasn't noted any difference there. But she was having wild mood swings of happiness then deep depression, that has subsided. Thank gosh! Been a much more pleasant working experience ever since!!! She loves them because they are all natural!
