I have been suffering from severe hot flashes and night sweats for almost 10 years. Apparently, it runs in my family (my aunt, who is 82, has been having them for 40 years). I have tried everything. I am a high school teacher, and a student actually bought me a "fan" when she was in Spain. I fan myself frequently when I am teaching. The great news is that Mendapause seems to be working. I started taking it about 3 weeks ago. Over the past 2 days, I have had only a couple of hot flashes, and I have actually slept through the whole night (twice)! Hey, maybe it is just a coincidence. My hot flashes just happened to stop at this time. Who knows. Still, my advice is to give it a try. And, if it turns out to be a coincidence, I still have my fan from Spain! Diane
