After 3 weeks of taking this daily, I started to think it was helping. Now, after a month, I'm sure it's helping. My hot flashes/night sweats have not yet been eliminated, but they have improved. The hot flashes are less often and less severe, as are the night sweats. I bought 2 bottles, as the bottle states "Best results may be seen after 4 to 5 weeks of use." I'm hoping that by the time I finish the second bottle my symptoms will be much less frequent/severe, or possibly eliminated all together. I have tried many, many other herbal remedies and even bio-identical hormone replacement, but this seems to be working the best for me. Even if I stay the same as I am now, I will continue to purchase this product regularly. If I continue to improve with the second bottle,I would change my 4 stars to 5 stars.
