Mendapause Menopause Supplement for Hot Flashes, Night Sweats, and Mood Swings

Mendapause Seems To Work For Me - Gabbe on Jul 17, 2011

Mendapause was recommended to me for hot flashes over other herbal supplements because it was top rated in a wellesley health study. I had been having hot flashes about every hour for a couple of months before I decided I needed to do something about them. I would feel so hot that I'd have to sit under a fan or turn the air conditioning way down to where everyone else was cold. I already use soy products so soy supplements didn't seem to help and I don't drink coffee and tea (except herbal) nor do I get moody. After using the Mendapause for about 2 weeks I noticed that I wasn't getting as hot, having as many hot flashes, or sweating nearly as much at night as I was before - hence getting some better sleep. It's nice not having to take two showers a day! I don't need the air as cool now either. As for the hot flashes, I am still getting them, but they do not seem to be as bad or as often! I still need fans on at night and I still feel somewhat warmer than usual, but it is tolerable now. I am hoping that when I boost up my exercising that the hot flashes will diminish more while I continue to use the Mendapause. I will stay with the Mendapause until it doesn't seem to work any more (if that happens) and then I will look for something else. One bottle contains 60 capsules which is a 30 supply. I hope my review helps!
