I have been using Estroven Maximum Strength plus natural progesterone cream 2X/day for many years. It was not only expensive, but a pain having to remember the cream morning and night, but it was the only thing that worked for me. I tried Mendapause hoping I could substitute it for these, and I can! It works well, is less expensive than the combination of the other two products, and easier. I highly recommend it!
