Hot Flash Relief -

I am almost 69 and have had hot flashes for many years. I finally tried Mendapause and it worked from the first day I took the 2 pills in the morning. I started sleeping better at night which was wonderful. I forgot to take the pills for 2 days and yeap, that's right. Last night I had a hot flash. Not bad but I will try not to forget to take them anymore. I only gave it a 4 star rating because I haven't noticed anything else they promised to do. No weight loss, still facial hair, so that was a little disappointing. I was very skeptical to try any of things products but I am glad to at least have the hot flashes gone. Hopefully they will not come back?
