Stay away from plastic surgery. Really. STAY AWAY! Too many risks and if if you don't pay top dollar your odds of getting a bad breast job increase dramatically. After taking this for 8 months my breasts have gone from A/B to a C. Nice and firm, no sack you can feel like with some implants. My nipples have increased with sensitivity unlike with some procedures that can cause you to lose sensitivity. I love to show off my all natural chest and knowing it cost far less than a store bought one and was totally painless.
