My life was being taken over by hot flashes and night sweats. My doctor recommended black cohash, which did nothing to alleviate the problem. After some intensive research, I found Mendapause and within a couple of days of starting it, my problems were greatly relieved and for the most part have disappeared. A consulting-pharmacist told me it was primarily due to the soy in the product. I've now ordered two more months' worth.
