I have been using this for a couple of years, it is the only flora I have found to help with urinary tract and vaginal flora.

This product has been helpful for me in controlling the yeast overgrowth that occurs in my body when I eat too much refined sugar. The count is higher than most other probiotics on the market which is important because only yogurt has these high numbers or the VSL that you can only get with a prescription.
Solid Probiotic -

I have been taking and testing various probiotics to help with digestive issues. This one has a wide range of good bacteria and is supposed to have the added bonus of good bacteria for women, which I like. I don't feel any different when taking this, but suppose it's keeping my system in check.

Unfortunately, Like many others in the market, i later realized it has the filler maltodextrin in it... pretty disappointing.
