Using It For Years - James Tallman on Jul 12, 2010

Hard to fine in the town I live in, glad to find it online. works great for back strain the bottle I just finished off was ten + years old and still working.

The Best Stuff In The WORLD! - H. Fennell on Jan 9, 2010

This wood lock oil is by far the best, basically "any" pain, analgesic that you can buy. Sore muscles, back pain, jammed fingers, mild insanity (kidding). Wong To Yick is the man.

Use After A Shower - It Needs Open Pores! - Tony L on Oct 25, 2011

A word of warning, if you don't use it when your pores are open, you probably won't notice much of any effect at all.
A bigger word of warning - remember that scene from Fight Club, where Tyler Durden kisses Ed Norton's hand and then pours that chemical on it, reacting with the water in the saliva? This stuff feels just like that (except for the screaming) when used right.

OMG that sounds horrible, right? Well, actually it's very soothing and nice after the first 10 minutes. The duration can last up to an hour of noticeable warmth.

Do not, do not, do NOT use on your genitals. Remember those goofy sex comedies from the 80's where they pour some Chinese potion on jock straps (like in Revenge of the Nerds)? This is the real deal.

So be careful where you use it, and how much you use. And remember to use it after a shower, soak or a run where your pores are going to be open.

Amazing Relief-better Than Icy Hot - J. Goldstein "JG" on Apr 26, 2011

I train martial arts and my instructor recommended wood lock for my shoulder. This stuff is awesome. If you really massage it in, you get great relief. The feeling is similar to icy hot (a burning/cooling numbing sensation), but way better. After using it multiple times over a few days, my shoulder greatly improved.

One of these bottles will last a long time.

The only negative is the smell. It can be a little overbearing even though the somewhat minty smell is not that bad. When I put it on after showering and before getting into bed, I often wake up my girlfriend with the smell alone (it opens up your sinuses).

Also make sure you close the cap everytime, because it loses its effectiveness if you leave it open.

Woodlock Oil - Star on Apr 23, 2011

Woodlock oil is very helpful for pain. I find the scent more appealing than most of the over the counter pain lotions. A little goes a long way.

Heaven In A Bottle - crystall on Feb 11, 2011

Not only does this smell amazing, it works very quickly to take away the pain of my lower back. I love the cool sensation it delivers when applied which quickly turns to a nice warming, like a blanket for the muscles. It is long lasting and then the next moring when I shower it releases in the steam to open up my sinus. I now have my family members loving this as well. Worth all the money and then some.

Great Stuff! - F. Winkler on Nov 19, 2008

This is a great product for so many aches, pains and muscle conditions. Thank you for the prompt delivery!

Great For Muscle Pain - J. F. Hoeflinger on Nov 13, 2011

I've been using this for about 20 years. It definitely helps heal and relieve muscle aches. I've applied it to a sore back and/or neck and shoulders and found that the pain disappears by the next morning. It's especially good after a shower, though the heat generated from the ointment can be quite intense. It does have a strong scent, but it's not at all unpleasant, to me at least. A combination of the camphor and menthol. If you have minor muscle aches, this is certainly worth a try.

AWESOME MEDICATION!! - isixty on Oct 29, 2011

I twisted my ankle five years ago and it is still swollen till now due to my ignorance and addition laziness to finish my visit to the doctors. This injury pains me from time to time and refrain me from doing intense sports activities. I have not been jogging intensely :( The immense pain will just re-appear if I walk too long or stand too long. I couldn't stand it anymore and decided to search for a good medicated oil to actually ease the pain. (I have been using another type of medicated oil which helps but not much).. And voila, i saw this and decided to try it out! The medication came on time and I have used it four times now.. I tell you it is so awesome. The mint feeling that lingers after application ease the pain a lot. Now my ankle is less swollen. I can feel it getting better after each use. It is so awesome. I went jogging yesterday and the pain is less. I can't believe I have been ignoring this pain for so long! I should have gotten this earlier!!

Miracle Oil - D. Heyn on Apr 15, 2011

I found this stuff several years ago quite by accident. I suffer from severe arthritis in the lower spine and when I have a major flare-up this is about the only thing that really helps pull the pain out. As an added bonus, it will open your sinuses. It has a very strong aroma and should not be used if you are going out in public or to work. In those cases I highly recommend Tokuhon-A patches. To say that Wong To Wood Lock Oil is strong would be an horrible understatement. It just works and works very well, period.

Best Massage Oil For Tense Backs - C M D on Mar 29, 2011

I was first given this oil by my Accupuncturist in 2010 for aches in my arches. Then I discovered that rubbing it on stressed back and neck muscles was very effective and relaxing. My husband feels intense heat whenever I rub it on him and it really helps alot, but I feel intense cold on my skin which still works but I have to bundle up to stay warm. Bottom line, i highly recommend this product for sore, tense, and achy muscles. Smells like the old-fashioned linament my granddad used to use.

Wong To Yick Wood Lock Medicated Oil - Ana C on Jan 4, 2011

I had used this product many years ago when it was given to me by a Chinese doctor. I used it for arthritis and muscle pain. I ran out when I began to have severe pain in the muscle in my calf. I sent away for the medicated oil and used it right away. The pain subsided and with continued use ( 3 days) the pain went away. The oil is strong smelling but when wrapped the heat makes you get passed the smell. I recommend this product to anyone that has muscle or arthritis pain in any joint.

Wood Lock Linament - Rockin Robert "Gole on Apr 24, 2010

I have been slightly injured in Martial Arts, gardening, bodybuilding and sports, in general. I have tried many remedies for aches and pains. Of all the ones recommended, "Wood Lock" works better than all the others.

Smells Wonderful - lady midnite on Sep 15, 2009

I didn't notice any remarkable pain relief, but the intense and enticing smell was very calming.
