I was a little hesitant to order it since it didn't list the ingredients. But, it did say sugar free, so decided to give it a try.
If I was someone debating over getting this product, here are some things I would want to know.
The taste is really nice - I didn't actually expect such a fruity flavor, but it is there.
It must be the xylitol they use to sweeten. There are three flavors, and they are all tasty.
The bottle listed them as peach, strawberry and berry. I can't comment yet on the actual fiber
part of them or how successfully they might work on that, since I've only had them a short time.
I will say that shipment was fast, and I received a fresh, sealed product in great condition.
I was also surprised by the actual vitamin content of this item. These are good for you!
A serving size is listed as 2 pieces. The daily suggested serving is just those two pieces.
(I always look, since some have really low calories per serving size, but they want you to
take it three times a day! Just once a day, two pieces, with this item.)
Calories - 10 (not bad);
Ttl Carbs 6g; Fiber 5g; (Net carbs 1 - not bad!)
Niacin 50% RDA;
Vit B6 100% RDA;
Folic Acid 100% RDA;
Vit B-12 200% RDA;

Ingredients are listed as follows (not sure why they don't list it in the Amazon listing):
Polydextrose, xylitol, gelatin, natural flavors, malic acid,
colors (black carrot juice extract, carrot and blueberry juices, annatto extract),
sucralose, fractionated coconut oil and beeswax.
Contains NO wheat gluten, milk, eggs, peanuts or soy.
The item is recommended only for people 18 and up, NOT for children or tweens.
So, if you have kids, or grandchildren that come to visit, then keep these out of reach!
The bottle is sturdy and opens easily. (I don't like the ones you have to push and twist!)
I have dental problems and can't chew really hard things or crunchy things, and have a hard
time swallowing pills. So, I approach all chewables with a little caution. (I tried some other fiber
tablets that were so hard, I couldn't chew them at all. Even trying to let them dissolve (in my mouth)
did nothing. They were rocks in a tube! What you can't get down can't help you.)
These, however, were easy even for me to chew - soft, not sticky, flavorful and easy to take.
I was wondering where the weight management part came in as opposed to the other fiber gummies.
Since the ingredients and nutrition info are not listed in detail here on Amazon, I went with this one.
It states on the back of the package that the "weight management" part is due to fiber keeping you feeling
full longer so you might eat less, and the B vitamins added will help you sustain energy levels.
So, the extra buck (vs the fiber gummies by the same company NOT listed as weight mgmt) went to B vitamins.
If you already take a multi vitamin or have adequate Vitamin B intake, then you might not need these over the other gummies.
However, I can use the extra B's, so will gladly take them for now. Should the price become significantly
different, then I'll go for the fiber-only tabs.
I wish the cost was a little lower, but all in all, very happy with this item so far.
I'll let y'all know about the actual fiber part! LOL!
UPDATE - they are working! Won't get into too much detail, but if you are looking at fiber tablets, it's a pretty
safe bet you have concerns in the colon area too. Let's just say that I was one of those who needed a calendar
to chart a BM - it was always feast or famine in that area.
So far, this is actually keeping things moving along like a normal person might experience. They taste so good, I have
a hard time not taking more than needed, although it might take a lot for me... positively thrilled with my purchase.
Be sure to drink liquids of some kind with them. If you don't, they will leave a "fuzzy" feeling in your mouth,
and can't possibly be good for your esophagus either. (I tried to just nab them a couple times, and drink later.
It just isn't a good idea.) It is just common sense to drink something after any supplement or pill, but especially important
with fiber-related pills. I found that my "magic number" seems to be six of these. So, every other day or so, I'll have six of them
just to make sure. I would guess it depends on your personal metabolism, but while the two-per-day was okay and did help,
it took six for things to be how I imagine "normal" folks already live life! ; )

I normally get plenty of fiber, since I eat a lot of produce, whole grains, and legumes (mmm...beans...). But occasionally, there's a day I indulge in pizza or junk food and don't get my legumey or enough whole grain fiber. These fill that gap when I don't make it to 30 grams of fiber a day (my goal is no less than 25 and optimally 30+). I never have issues with irregularity, and I don't WANT issues with irregularity, so these are part of my fiber quest now.
So, yumsy. Though they don't tell you to specifically, I do recommend a glass of water or more when you take these to keep things moving nicely.
Each gummy has five calories. These do contain sucralose, green tea extract, coconut oil, and beeswax. So, anyone who has issues with those should avoid. Since gelatin is an ingredient (duh, gummies), these may not be Vegan-Friendly, so a heads up there.

Easy to swallow unlike the horse tablets of Benefiber.
I actually take more than 2 per day because I don't get enough fiber in my diet. It also helps me feel fuller, so I have fewer cravings during the day, and my appetite is under control as a result. I usually take it with food to help me go longer between meals.
Fist of all, this was delivered very fast. This is a great product for people who are looking to get some extra fiber in their diet. The gummies ACTUALLY taste like gummy bears........BUT WITH NO SUGAR!!!! I would highly recommed getting this product to increase daily fiber intake. One gummy is 2.5 grams of soluble fiber
I shopped around for a fiber supplement after reading about the health benefits and realizing that it is hard to get enough fiber in the typical american diet. One Vitafusion fiber gummy has the same fiber in five of the fiber pills I was taking. Fiber supplements that come in a powder to mix with water make me gag; these gummies are stinkin' delicious. I'm an aspiring dental student, and they're sugar free which is a plus. My two year old is the pickiest eater in the world, and she loves these gummies (at least the pink ones because she's in a phase where she only eats pink things, but the others taste as good).
Anyway, these gummies rock. After trying them, I bought a bottle for home, a bottle for work, and a bottle for my brother's family (cough, fiber zealot, cough). I am excited though about how awesome this fiber product is.
When these arrived I put them on the counter and didn't even try one for a few days. When I finally got around to trying them, I was shocked! They taste like candy. The only problem we have now is remembering these aren't treats and end up getting to much fiber!

- Easy to swallow, no need for water or food, but drinking a glass of water with it in recommended.
- Includes Vitamin B's for the same price as the Fiber-only Gummy product line.
Cons:
- Addictive (the 90-count is supposed to be a 45-day supply but it lasted closer to 34 days for me).
- Only 20% of the recommended value (5 grams out of 20 grams).
- Pricing (see breakdown calculation below).
I bought my first bottle on Amazon and confirmed that I like the product. In general, Amazon has the best price anywhere, but I recently purchased my next bottle at another online source for a bit cheaper at 9 cents each for a larger bottle (220-count).
Amazon pricing = 11-16 cents per gummy in a 90-count bottle as of Nov 13, 2011.
Serving size = 2 gummies per day = 5 grams = 20% of the recommended Daily Value
90-count bottle / 2 gummies per day = 45 day supply
$0.22-0.32 per day for 2 gummies = estimated $80-120 per year
Total recommended Daily Value = 100% = 25 grams total = 10 (yes, ten) gummies total per day
90-count bottle / 10 gummies per day = 9 day supply
$1.10-1.60 per day for 10 gummies = $401-584 per year
Overall, I'd recommend this product to friends and family (who are not on a budget) but it lost one star due to lower cost alternatives. Although I have not done the same analysis on fiber powders or fiber pills, I do not doubt that gummies are more expensive. I do plan on trying out the sister gummy product for Calcium with Vitamin D, so that I don't eat all of the Fiber Gummies too quickly.
I love all the Gummy vitamins for adults. My stomach cannot handle most pills so these are a great alternative. I never get nauseous after having them and they are like a little treat. I take the fiber gummies, multi vitamin gummies, the B-Complex gummies, calcium gummies, and the omega 3 gummies. It's like eating a handful of gummy bears with breakfast. The only gummies that taste a little icky are the omega 3 gummies but the rest I've tried taste great.
If you have a sensitive stomach I recommend all the gummy supplements.
I'm still giving this product 5 stars because one thing is for sure - they're working well to relieve stomach issues I've been trying to find remedies for my entire life. I'm so glad I found a product that finally helps without adding a myriad of adverse side effects to accompany whatever relief I may get. I'll be taking them until they stop making them!
