Still Loving It After 8 Years!!!! - Pediatric nurse on Jul 3, 2008

Ten years ago I fractured 2 vertebrae in my neck/back (C7/T1). I'd never needed a special pillow previously so I struggled with "normal" pillows for 1.5 years. Then a new chiropractor turned me onto the Therapeutica pillow. It took a week or two to adjust to it but I've never looked back. All it takes is 3-4 days away from home on a "normal" pillow to remind me what an extraordinary difference this pillow makes to my neck. Without it, I wake up with neck & back pain, muscle strain, and head aches. The additional cervical/upper thoracic spine support makes all the difference in the world. I couldn't live without this pillow!! For those of you having difficulty with the side lying position, pull the pillow down snug against your shoulder when you roll on your side - this fully supports my entire cervical spine and I sleep like a baby :).

Great For Neck And Back Pain! - Sadie on Mar 25, 2007

I finally got this pillow after a friend of mine told me she swore by it. I found that the first two weeks were painful while my neck muscles relearned how to be relaxed while sleeping. I recommend giving this pillow at least two weeks for your neck to adjust. I'm a massage therapist and I suggest this pillow to my clients. I have noticed that the firmness of your bed also effects the usefulness of this pillow. I had a fairly firm bed and loved this pillow then I got a softer bed and the pillow didn't work. This is why I only gave 4 stars. I can not use the Average size pillow with a softer bed because I sink down too much. I'm going to try a smaller size and see if that helps.

Great For My TMJ - > on Feb 3, 2010

I'm 5'4 (with average shoulder width) and after measuring I found I was borderline between average and petite. I decided to go with average, and without seeing the petite one, I think I probably got the right size.

I'm addicted to side sleeping, even though it was terrible for my jaw problems (I have bruxism and TMJ). Every pillow I've ever tried has had my head's weight resting right on top of my jawline.

After 3 nights I have significantly less swelling in my cheeks and jaw. I can feel it with my hands where the muscles are not as tense. Why? Now when I sleep I'm distributing the weight evenly all around my head, not on my ears or jaw. The position also just creates a lovely stretch in my neck, a very gentle one, that naturally makes my jaws want to say loose and relaxed. Before I would almost tuck my chin inward towards my neck, and that made me want to clinch. The strain in my neck is now gone. I love how it cradles my head when I turn to sleep on my back, which i do sometimes. It's amazing...no pressure.

This pillow does take some adjustments, however. When I sleep on my side I have to move over some, away from the center. I, at first, had to search around a little to find the indentation in the pillow where my ear and jaw are supposed to be. Since I often toss and turn while I am asleep (or half asleep) the first night was a little difficult. The first night I slept on it incorrectly (at some point) and I woke up with a small ear ache. But now I think I am subconsciously adjusting to it, realizing I can't sleep on my side if I keep my head cradled in the middle. Each night just gets better and better. I know I make the first night sound bad, but even the first night was still good, since I slept like a baby.

I've always been one of those folks who likes to sleep with one arm under the pillow. That won't work with this pillow at all. I feel I have no place to put that arm, but I'm adjusting. This pillow had made me realize how tight my shoulders really are, and I'm starting to stretch them more. I just feel so good about sleeping in proper alignment position and that outweighs any negative experiences I've had so far. And, again, the no pressure on the jaw is wonderful.

So Glad I Found This Pillow Again! - B. Langman "B. Langm on Apr 10, 2011

I've been using this pillow for 9 years now and really love it. Only in the past few months have I noticed neck pain in the mornings again. I figure that the foam is getting too soft now, but couldn't recall the name of the pillow to order a new one. I made my original purchase from the Home Shopping Network, back in 2002 so I didn't even know if this product was still available. Lucky for me, it is!

As mentioned by several reviewers here, it takes a few days (sometimes longer) to get used to having "a hole in the middle of your pillow" but eventually, you do get used to it and it's suddenly an extremely comfortable pillow. In the early months, when I woke through the night, I was astounded by how comfortable I was. THAT never happened with a regular pillow - or even with those rounded cervical pillows that I used in the'90s. This pillow is so comfortable that I even take it with me on vacation. It's quite large (although does fit into a standard sized pillowcase), but it's worth it to me to forego room in my suitcase to ensure continued good sleeps.

If you decide to try this pillow, please give it time to change your sleeping habits. On a regular pillow, it doesn't matter where your head is when you change from back- to side-sleeping. With this one, side-sleeping in the middle of the pillow is not a comfortable option. Luckily, the way the pillow is constructed, you can roll comfortably from one side to the other with your head well-supported and comfortable throughout the movement. But it does feel a little weird the first few nights. Stick it out, though. It's a really neat and comfy pillow. I think you'll agree.

Too Firm - Su on Mar 19, 2011

For someone who is about 5 feet tall, this pillow may still be too big. I have tried this and the child size. I think I prefer the child size. It seems to me that the foam used on the adult petite and the child size is different. The child size and the travel pillow seem to be made of softer foam.
I use memory foam on my mattress, and after my shoulder sinks into the mattress pad, this pillow is too high for my head.

Very Comfortable And Helps Neck Pain - S. Reiner ""migr on Feb 16, 2008

I bought this pillow about a month ago and love it. I have tried various types, for example, temperpedic, and this is the best one! It is hard for me to lie on my back all night, so this pillow allows you to lie on your side too. I have less pressure on my neck and wake up not feeling cramped or aching. I would highly recommend this pillow for people with neck pain or migraines. My chiropractor recommended it to me. It is totally worth it.

The Foam Is Perfect - Keleka on Dec 24, 2010

I bought this pillow but bought the wrong size. I also bought the travel pillow and loved it but accidentally left it at a hotel during a trip and couldn't get it back. Rather than buy a new one, I cut the ends off the regular pillow and then sliced them down to the right height. I now have two pillows that are absolutely perfect whether I sleep on my side or on my back. They hold my head at exactly the right height when lying on my side; they don't over heat; and they don't scrunch down during the night like a regular foam pillow. I can't speak to the actual pillow because I never used it as designed, but the foam is absolutely perfect. My pillows may be ugly (because they didn't cut easily; had to use serrated knives and just keep hacking at them until I got them to the right height), but they're the best pillows I've ever had. Some day I may buy another one at the right size and just cut the ends off to use. Or maybe I'll find a foam store that sells the same quality foam. All it takes is a one-foot square piece to make an adequate pillow.

The Company Does Not Stand Behind Its Guarantees -- BEWARE - J "J" on Oct 20, 2009

I ordered this pillow on the recommendation of my chiropractor (and yes, my chiropractor measured me). For the first 1.5 weeks, it was painful to sleep on, but I kept at it. For the next 1.5 weeks, I loved it and I noticed a huge improvement in my posture. What happened after that point was that the pillow noticeably 'broke down' and no longer supported my cervical and thoracic vertebrae in the same way (it got real squishy). I am a side sleeper and so I bought this to maintain my alignment while sleeping on my side. The pillow, however, compressed more and never maintained its structural integrity such that my alignment then changed and I began having my 'old' pains once again. I contacted the company, Therapeutica, several times with my concerns, with no answer. Finally, several weeks later, I received an email back requesting my receipt, etc. with the receptionist, Wendy the General Office Manager, stating that she would have to check in with a supervisor to see if it would be possible to exchange the product. 3.5 weeks later, she informed me that I would have to send the pillow into their New York office so that they could test it on "their machine" to determine whether the foam had broken down. Now, I agree that the product must be sent in to be inspected, however, the need for a machine to confirm my own experience with pain? Not to mention the fact that one can physically FEEL the pillow on all its sides and SEE that the foam has obviously broken down in the area that juts up against one's shoulder. (Yes, I followed their directions on how to sleep on the pillow to a T, in order to sleep on it correctly.) I don't know about any of you, but this is THE MOST HASSLE and WORST COMMUNICATION I have ever had with a company and their product guarantee. BUYER BEWARE!

Sidenote: before purchasing this pillow, I had requested advice from the company re: the differences between the full sized pillow and the travel sized pillow. Wendy, had informed me at that time that the travel sized pillow offered the same exact support as the full sized pillow and that for my needs, the travel sized pillow "was perfect". Once the pillow broke down, however, she changed her comments and stated that the company had not received many comments re: the travel pillow and that it was a TRAVEL pillow and not meant to be slept on every night. I, for one, have never heard that about any kind of pillow. Perhaps the company thinks that we should have revolving pillows that we purchase from them?

Best Pillow! - Angela Hugghins "won on Sep 6, 2010

I have a closet filled with useless pillows. You name it, i've tried it. This, however, is the ONE.
The problem with other pillows is that they don't accommodate side and back sleeping, and I do both. This pillow allows for both. It does take a week, or so, to get used to it. And, of course, now that I'm accustomed to it, it's hard to sleep on any other kind of pillow. If you sleep on your stomach this is not a good choice for you.
My neck is long and flexible which can make for some interesting sleeping positions with other pillows - painful sleeping positions. The muscles in my neck are very sensitive to pressure so thankfully this pillow gives enough while still keeping me aligned. I have less muscle tension headaches and my range of motion improved once I trained myself to use the pillow correctly. On occasion I'll still find a way to circumvent the structure of the pillow and wake up with pain, however it's rare.
It won't look pretty on your bed. My husband said it looked like a foam urinal. Throw a nice decorative pillow on top and nobody will know you're harboring a bathroom wall fixture in your bed.

Miracle Pillow - alilew on May 16, 2011

I used to wake up with a headache practically 5 out of 7 days of the week. I bought this pillow two weeks ago per the advice of a chiropractor, and had my first headache in two weeks this morning. Why? Because I fell asleep on my couch last night (e.g. without the pillow)! This pillow is like having an insurance policy out on headache prevention. It's better than any drug or- obviously- other pillow around. I generally sleep on my side. And with this pillow, I sleep like a baby. Definitely worth it!!

Buyer Beware Of Return Policy If Wrong Size - capeyankee on Aug 6, 2010

I was carefully measured and ordered the large. But on my side it is too high. I did not break the sealed plastic envelope and so it is still new and can be resold as such. But unless an exchange pillow costs the same or more -- and guess what, the next size down is less expensive -- there is a 20% restocking charge in addition to the (understandable) shipping cost to me and back to the supplier. That is a lot of money for getting nothing ! I am an Amazon Prime customer so I don't like having to pay shipping for third party purchases (where AMZ does not do the fulfillment) but that is out front. However, you would have had to check out specially this sellers return policy to know you may get snookered. Best read some of the other negative reviews here too for quality of service problems if not the pillow itself. And if you purchase and you are in doubt of which size to order > order the smaller just in case.

Awesome Pillow - Kelly on Mar 27, 2011

This pillow is awesome! No more neck & back pain from sleeping on a pillow that is too small for my neck!

Best Pillow Ever! - R. Jenkins on Nov 20, 2010

I have had neck pain for about 20 years now and for years could not sleep with a regular pillow. I have tried several different kinds of pillows from my Chiropractor and spent hundreds of dollars. Then I finally tried this pillow. WOW! I am able to sleep now. I have had no problems with the quality either. It lasts about 5 years then it starts to feel less supportive. I THINK there is a 5 year pro-rated warranty (check their website to make sure). Make sure to measure your neck for the right size of pillow - this really matters. Go to there website if it is not explained how to do it here. Anyway I am on my third pillow because I have to replace about every 5 years. I will pack this pillow if I travel. I have told several other people about this pillow and there has been mixed reviews. I think it works great for those who sleep on there side and/or have neck or back problems.

Great Pillow! - kimberly on Oct 29, 2010

I have had neck problems for years from some earlier injuries and would often wake up having "slept wrong" with my neck stiff or strained. This pillow has been great and keeps me in alignment as I sleep thus alleviating those problems! It was a slight adjustment to get used to it the first couple of nights - not bad though and definitely worth it!!

Read And Sleep Comfort At Last With Therapeutica Foam Pillow - DrPat "DrPat" on Aug 28, 2010

For side sleepers who also read in bed, finding a good pillow can be a life-long pursuit. I hunted for years, and spent hundreds of dollars on solid and shredded foam, memory foam, and other pillow types, none of which gave the support I needed. I'd find firm support with high enough clearance for my shoulders, but it was so firm that my ears felt battered by morning, and it was too high for comfortable neck and head support lying on my back to read. Or I'd get a pillow that was sufficient to fall asleep on, but by morning it had "squished" so flat that my back, neck, and jaw were sore and cramped.

After years of searching, I found exactly what I wanted in this Therapuetica sleeping pillow, PLUS it comes in four different sizes, so you can choose the most appropriate clearance for your shoulders.

The side sleeping supports are firm on the edges, and slightly recessed in the center to relieve pressure on the ears. The center region is not only curved to fit the back of the skull, but slightly extended to provide support to allow me to lie flat. It's wonderfully comfortable for either sleeping or reading.

It has not made a difference in my snoring (according to my spouse), but it's still nice to find comfort at last!

Helped W/neck Pain And TMJ Issues - M. Pawlick "Lynn" on Jun 19, 2009

I have 2 herniated disks in my upper neck and also have some TMJ issues, this pillow has helped with both of those problems. I've tried the brookstone heat molding pillow, but this one is much more helpful so I'll continue to use this pillow. I'm 5'4 and ordered the petite size. It took a few days of adjustment but glad I found this pillow.

Thank You For A Great Pillow! - C. Reid "squeaker" on Mar 31, 2009

Trust me I've tried ALOT of pillows for my neck pain. Most where too hard or too soft and I would end up with my head too high or my or too low. Drove me nuts! This pillow is soft but firm and won't lose the "goody" out of it in time like a tempura pillow. My chiro recommended this but her price was too high and I just didn't want to spend another dime on yet another pillow. After finding one on Amazon on sale I broke down and made a purchase. After two days my neck pain is gone, I can't believe I'm saying that. I measured like they recommend and it's a great fit. I sleep both on my back and mostly on my sides and it works great. It does seem small compared to most pillows but it doesn't bother me. I use it with a body pillow to hug between my arms and legs. I'm happy.

Just wanted to add that two years later, I'm still very happy with my purchase of this pillow. It has really helped with my neck pain. If I don't use it, I pay for it for the next few days. LOVE this pillow.

The Only Pillow I'll Use - Holly P on Jul 11, 2008

I have limited range of motion in my neck - turning my head too far causes me to pinch a nerve. This pillow has made a world of difference for me, both when sleeping on my back (it prevents me from turning my head from side to side in my sleep) and when sleeping on my side (it keeps my neck perpendicular to my shoulder).

Okay, No Miracle For Me. - Peter P. on Jun 16, 2008

Fine if I stay on my back, but I dont care for the side sleeping, it's awkward for me. I can't comment on the snoring issue. If you sleep on your back, you might like this. I could not get used to the side part.

Dont spend extra money for faster shipping, the regular got there just as fast, and was cheaper. I bought two pillows, so I know. Make sure you measure before you buy.

My Ears Are Too Big I Guess. - Stephen G. on May 23, 2008

I like the pillow it is comfortable and seems to help my neck. However, my ears must be either too big or stick out too far. The pillow cradles your head and pushed the ears back. After about 1 hour my ears HURT. I bought the large size but maybe I needed the extra large? If you have big ears make sure you go up a size or try another pillow.

Pillow Perfect - V. Mars "Heiress" on Apr 10, 2010

I really love this pillow. My neck has 3 degenerating disks. This pillow provides the exact amount of support that I need whether I am on my back or side. It is quite large, and I wonder how it will work once I have a mate with whom I would share a bed.

Good For Keeping Neck In One Position! - J. Soniker "jrpower" on Oct 15, 2009

After having a ruptured disk in my neck from sleeping funny on my old pillow, I switched to this one. Since using this pillow I have not had any neck or back pain or kinks. This pillow is good if you are a back sleeper because the pillow craddles your head so that your head doesn't flop to one side or the other. The reason I only gave it a 4* versus a 5* is that I have a little trouble getting comfortable when I first lay down at night. I actually took a knife and scissors and had to cut some material from the neck area to soften and shorted the slope that was originally there, but again I have had no back or neck issues when I awaken so it is worth the initial getting comfy issue over pain and kinks!!

Bestest Pillow Ever!! - D. MERRITT on Oct 6, 2009

This is the best pillow ever. I bought it as a birthday present for my wife and she loves it! It gives full support even while tossing about in her sleep (which she does less of now) and her neck is no longer sore upon waking. I can't imagine how people could leave this thing one star reviews unless they did not bother to get the right size. My wife has been a happier person since i got her this for her and she raves about it.

Good For The Single Sleeper - Emily R. on Mar 18, 2010

This pillow was recommended by my chiropractor. It really does work well - definitely keeps your shoulders from scrunching underneath. It's concept makes sense that you could roll to back and either side easily and still have support without having to readjust your pillow. But I share a queen-sized bed and when I roll to my side, I turn in place. If I were to roll the way the pillow was designed for me to roll, I'd need such a wide margin of the bed. The pillow is 25.5" wide so if you're on your side, where could your arms go comfortably and not invade the other side of the bed? I needed the pillow so bad that I dealt with having to move the pillow to my head's position instead. But I found that I would lay my head in the wrong spot in the middle of the night b/c of the space problem, thus negating the purpose of the pillow. Once my pain was better, I moved onto a Tempurpedic pillow. Now I have this pillow I don't know what to do with.

Unusual, But I Like It - T-42 on Nov 11, 2011

I have been looking for this pillow for years and I'm very happy to have finally found it. I switch between back and side sleeping frequently during the night. This is the only pillow that feels right.

It is a bit large and may have problems with smaller pillow cases.

We have a queen-sized Select Comfort bed (which I absolutely LOVE) and that presents a minor challenge. The bed is two air chambers surrounded by foam edges. If I center the pillow on my side, I come very close to the foam edge when I roll to my side. I believe this will not be a problem with a king-sized bed. In my case, I place the pillow slightly to one side and try to sleep on the other side so that I receive the proper support from the air chamber.

The only negative is that it doesn't work well for sitting up to read or watch TV. I have to grab a conventional pillow for that.

I had two people measure me and both came up with 6.25", which is right on the border of two sizes. I ordered the Average size, but find I need the Large. Fortunately my wife can use this one. She also likes this pillow but feels it is a little firm. Since it's a foam pillow, I expect it will soften over time. I have no such complaint.

One other detail to note. The package indicates that the pillow can be returned or exchanged but only if it's still sealed in the original plastic. I placed a pillowcase over the bag and used the pillow for a few nights to check the fit.

Worst Pillow Ever. Even Worse Customer Service... - kmarg on Jan 13, 2012

This is the worst pillow I have ever seen. I tried to lay on it when I first received it and it hurt my neck so badly that I immediately wrote to Medex Supply to try to return it or exchange it for something else. Having spend nearly $70, I was expecting something that would help with my neck pain, not make it worse.

They have refused to take the item back or offer any kind of resolution for me, such as an exchange, etc. I am so disappointed. Usually, Amazon is good about issues like this and they have not offered a resolution either. So, I'm out the $70 and own a pillow I cannot use.

I DO NOT recommend this pillow NOR Medex Supply.

No More Neck Pain!!!!! - lin-lin dong on Dec 3, 2011

Best pillow I have ever used.
to be simple, my english is not very good.
I always sleeping end up with my nake turning all the way left or right. wake up next morning with neck point on either side of my neck. this pillow keep my nake straight. if i want to sleep on the side, the pillow is just high enough to keep my neck parallel, no more neck paint!!!!

Wow - 5mazz "babyblue11365 on Aug 26, 2011

Wow! This pillow is amazing. At first I was kind of skeptical about this pillow. I received it two days ago and I was like holy cow $80.00 for this foam, "oh please, what a rip-off". Yes, I did say that. But to my surprise, first night was awesome, next day no neck pain or stiffness. Second day my upper back, neck feeling normal again. Yay, this is the best mula I have spend on a pillow. Worth every penny. Yay...

Beyond Wonderful . . . - Becky Jones on Aug 2, 2011

After 9 years on my first pillow, I am buying a 2nd, and buying one for my son also. This pillow has been the answer to my sleepless nights that usually became mornings with neck pain. No more! In fact, I won't go anywhere without this pillow; it travels with me everywhere I go. If you have neck problems, upper back pain, or headaches, this pillow is the solution. The dip in the middle is the perfect configuration for back sleeping, while the angled, higher sides hug your shoulder and support your neck at the proper height if you sleep on your side. I do both, and also sleep with a cpap and this pillow is absolutely the best thing I've ever found to create a comfortable night's sleep. Even better than my $5,000 adjustable bed. Highly recommend!

Great Pillow!!! - I. Gallardo on Aug 25, 2011

My chiroprator recommended this pillow, it took about a week to get use to it. But now I can feel the difference. It's a great pillow.

Makes A Big Difference - S. Henderson "danger on Jan 24, 2012

I really like this pillow. I bought it because I am sitting/standing at my computer 10-12 hours/day and it wrecks havoc on my neck and back. I figured that I should at least try to sleep in healthier kind of way. I've been using it for a week and I already find both neck and back feeling better when I wake up and throughout the day. My only complaint is that it is hot under my head, and I was waking up feeling sweaty. Last night I put in in a sheepskin pillowcase and that make it better, though a little bulkier. All in all, I am very glad I spent the money on this pillow.

There Is No Better Pillow In The World - Nells on Jan 19, 2012

I have been using therapeutica pillows continuously for the past 8 or 9 years. I had tried all kinds of "neck support" pillows, yet every morning would awake in so much pain I cried. This very weird shaped pillow changed my life. I kid you not.
I am about to buy my 3rd pillow, moving down from average adult to petit adult as I find with our new very firm bed somehow I just was not getting into the right sleeping position. I have very narrow shoulders and have always felt I was borderline between petit and average height. There are some negatives, but even so, this product gets 5 stars in my book.

1. I tried it on our guest bed, which is much softer and it did not work as well. As others have said, sizing down might work. It definitely did not work with a memory foam mattress topper we tried for a while.

2. When sleeping on your side, I find you take up a bit more than your share of bed space. I like to sleep right at the edge of the pillow, and with the pillow being so wide, it would push over to hubby's side a bit. But it was not really a problem. Now we have a king bed, so no worries. You soon get used to moving your pillow when you roll over in your sleep.

3. This pillow is GREAT if you have a bad headache and lie down. You can support your neck and head weight perfectly.

Therapeutica Sleeping Pillow - john on Jan 9, 2012

Wife has not woken up with a headache since using this pillow. Do to neck pain her headache where severe. Yes it is pricey, but worth the cost. Would recommend a try if you suffer from morning headaches. And with Amazon delivery was very fast.

Best Ever - Kristopher C. Krug on Jan 5, 2012

If you've tried multiple pillows looking for something that didn't wreck your neck over night, this is the one for you. My wife and I've tried sobakawa (beads and husks), every memory foam version, luxury contour, etc. This is the real deal. Absolute best for sleeping on your side (no doubt) and laying flat is great for keeping your neck straight and decompressed. If you don't go with this one you're wasting your money.

Best Pillow Ever - Bookins on Dec 4, 2011

I have scoliosis in my upper back and neck and I have dealt with shoulder and neck pain for decades, so I've been trying pillow after pillow to help alleviate my pain and I had some luck, but it didm't last. The pain would be lessened for a while, but it would come back. I have had this pillow for a month and it has been the best I've ever owned. I wake up with no pain and it lasts throughout the day. I'm so happy and I would recommend this pillow to anyone with pain, soreness, or stiffness. It is great that it has a part for both back and side sleeping because I do both while I sleep. The pillow takes a little getting used to, but it is worth it.

Great Pillow For Neck Problems - Johanna Alley "YogiJ on Nov 21, 2011

I have used this pillow for several years and it has really helped my neck and shoulders to have less discomfort and stiffness. It supports my neck when sleeping on the back and puts my head in a position that helps my breathing. And it's great to be able to just turn to one side or the other and have the support that keeps my shoulders from being cramped and bunched up. I bought the travel pillow also and like it as well. I heartily recommend this pillow to anyone who wakes up with stiff neck and shoulders.

Relief! - Doc Mary on Oct 21, 2011

This pillow has made a tremendous difference. I came across it while looking for a pillow to give cervical support for sleeping on my back. Unfortunately, I do not find it comfortable for sleeping on my back--I would like my head to be back further, so I guess I really just need something under the neck rather than a pillow. For sleeping on the side, however, it is a godsend. No more waking with a spasm in the neck from sleeping with it bent to the side. I have had it for about three years now and it is still as firm as when I got it. When its life is over, I will be purchasing another one!

A Pretty Good Night's Sleep - Miss Mae "I read wha on Sep 11, 2011

The pillow is firm where I need it to be and small enough to be tucked away nicely inside a pillow slip.

Helped My Neck And TMJ Problems! - Mary E. Baldridge on Dec 10, 2008

I've tried about every type of pillow known to man and could never find one that was comfortable. It took me about a week to get used to this pillow. At first it was a little uncomfortable as I wasn't used to having a pillow that actually supported my neck. Now I have a hard time sleeping without it. I haven't woken up with jaw pain or a headache since I got this pillow! I highly recommend it to anyone with neck/jaw pain.
