I purchased these for my 93 year old mother, who has a bladder leakage problem. After trying many brands, she found these to be the most comfortable and secure. She is a small woman; she likes the fit and says the absorbancy is superior to the others. The Subscribe & Save discount makes them competitively priced, also.

I buy this product for my elderly mother and it has been the best of all the brands thus far. It works better than "Depends" in fit and in performance plus it is less expensive.

My mother weighs about 80 pounds and I could not get a good fit for her. I thought I did not have another option until I found out about Tena. I could not believe how they fit so snug on a small women. Amazon has helped me greatly. They always come on time and at a reasonably price.

I absolutely love the quality of this product Tena Serenity Women's Super Plus Large 16-Count. I have been using these for several years for myself for leakage protection. On occasion I have had to use Depends Depend Adjustable Underwear, [Small/Medium], Maximum Absorbency, 18-Count Packages (Pack of 4) because my local Wal-Mart runs out of these or stops carrying them for months at a time. These are softer than Depends and much more dependable. I never leak with these but often do with the other product. Also note that Depends has recently gone from maximum absorbency to moderate causing me embarrassing leaks. The price difference breaks down to .67 cents per unit for Max Absorbency Depends, $48.46 for 4 packages of 18 for total of 72 units vs .61 cents per unit for Max Absorbency Serenity, $10.98 for a package of 18 units. I will keep my .06 cent per unit price difference (or $1.08 per package of 18) and be more comfortable and protected!

This product is exceptionally absorbent. It is a little smaller in size than other products (like "Depends" that I have purchased for my 98 year old mother, but very reliable to absorb and prevent leakage. I highly recommend them.

I can only compare these to Assurance from Walmart. These are so much better - less likely to leak and a better fit. They are more comfortable and more strongly made. My Mom greatly prefers these.
