I took one of these pills yesterday and almost immediately experienced severe stomach discomfort, followed by burping (two symptoms I did not have prior to taking this product), and the bloating was immediate, not several hours after eating.
I was hoping I'd at least have a nice solid brown bowel movement this morning to show for the discomfort, but instead what I got was a bulky, 'floating' brown-colored stool and A LOT of gas. I didn't realize this product had so many herbs and spices in it, such as turmeric and ginger. If I'd have known that, I'd have never purchased it because herbs and spices make my GI issues worse.
I ordered Ox Bile, too...now hoping that it my answer, since this product only made me feel much worse. My advice: if you have trouble with spices, don't buy this product.
I use these enzymes one with every meal. Sometimes I even use one after the meal if I am having particular trouble digesting the protein or fat (such as nuts or avocado) that I have eaten. I take two capsules, three times a day and have been for several years. I also believe that these enzymes have been keeping my Fybromyalgia at bay............love them!

The whole "take 1 -2" is BOGUS. you can NEVER have enough enzymes. Go big and you'll see!
