Traditional Ice Bag - K. Hennessy on Oct 14, 2010

What can one say about an ice bag? Material is high quality - thick & durable. Great for icing when one needs more than a gel freezer pack.

Love This Bag - kaly on Aug 3, 2011

Well i bought this bag a while ago and to be completely honest it worked perfectly haven't seen any problems at all. Coldness with this bag is constant, no leaks at all. only ones are for the condensation, but well that is expected. i only have one question, does this bag works with hot water too?

LATEX!! If You Have A Latex Allergy, This Is Not For You. - girl in the pink jac on Jul 28, 2011

This works perfectly, but it's made of latex. I wish they would have made that more obvious before I bought it. Otherwise it works great!

I Love These Bags. Try Them As A Hot Water Bottle! - Lincoln County MT "F on May 6, 2011

I love all the styles of these bags. I've got at least three. And what is great that no one seems to mention or know is they make the best HOT WATER BOTTLES bar none. I'm serious. YOu fill with hot water from the tap as hot as you can get it...then cap it so it won't leak...and take it to bed or apply to needed area or even under a pets bed and you have a super nice and easy to manage water bottle. Take it camping and fill it with hot water for your sleeping bag....I'm serious these are just great. I don't recommend boiling water....that's a tad over the top and may leak. But bring it up to hot tap level and you are good to go. If you boil it then add a dash of cold to bring it down before adding the lid. Also I wouldn't fill to the fullest level. You want these to spread out and lay flatish....is that a word? Lay flat and spread out a bit. But the larger ones make the better water bottles I think...but sometimes use 1-2 of my smaller versions too. They don't leak if you get the lids on right and tight....and I drain them out and air dry for part of a day and then wipe out with a dry paper towel. Usually do not put the lid on until they seem to be completely dried. The only negative about these wonderful lold fashion bags is getting them dried to put away.

Holds Heat Well - M. Frank on Apr 12, 2011

I purchased this bottle for the use of hot water to help with muscle cramping (for feminine times of the month, but you get the idea.) This has to be the best water bottle I've ever used. It holds heat amazingly well, and far longer than the rectangular red kind you find in most American pharmacys.

The plastic is thinner and thus it's able to stay warmer longer. I imagine it does just as well with ice. Get it, and you won't be dissapointed.

Just What I Was Looking For - Sonya Williams on Apr 4, 2011

I love these and am going to purchase more because I think they will make great gifts. You can put water in them and freeze them as well as fill with warm water. Multiple uses. Great buy.

Nice Product - Yustax on Dec 23, 2011

I bought this for my grandma who had an old ice bag. And well, it came nicely packaged and the materials were cold resistant so she could just place it on every part of her body and not have a cold spot. It's awesome and big, you could feel it with plenty of ice. I recommend this product and I would buy again.

Forget Disposable Chemical Bags For Sports - Hank Rearden on Nov 3, 2011

I used to buy the chemical ice bags for sports. I still keep one on hand in case there's no readily available ice around. This bag is small and priced right to keep in your sports bag for when you need it. It will pay for itself in a few uses. Don't just add ice however. Fill it with ice and add some water as well to get the best results. This bag doesn't have a cloth cover so be sure to put a towel or cloth between the bag and skin.

These Old School Bags Destroy The Gel Packs - truth1ness on Sep 23, 2011

I've always used the fancy new gel packs, particularly the ones that stay flexible. They are ok but just don't hold the chill for really long. They say to really ice an area till it's almost numb and the packs never got there and took forever to refreeze. Fill this bag up with ice and you can chill the heck out of your injury. Seems to have less condensation than a ziploc and no leaks and just the right thickness so you're not killing your skin.

Here's a tip, squeeze as much air out when you close it, and repeat a couple times as the ice melts. The bag will really form to your body much better.

Beats Blue Ice Bags!!!! - D. Cederquist on May 14, 2011

I have alot of problems with swelling my back, my arms, sometimes my legs. I have arthrites osteo and gout.
I used blue ice, seemed so much easier to use, That is untill a blue ice bag got cut up in my chair lever
Wow!!! what a mess!!!! gooey slimey blue ice all over my chair yuck!!!!
I found out these ice bags existed. I LOVE THEM. These bags don't leak their easy to put ice in.Ice is much colder than blue ice.
The ice bags are a great way to reduce swelling. The bags will do it without the gooey mess of blue ice messing up your chair should one break.
I highly reccomend them I use them all the time. Fast shipping great service AMAZON!!!

Sore Knees In Heaven - Ilsa on Apr 15, 2011

I purchased two of these to ice my sore knees after a run. When I first took them out of the box I didn't think they would be big enough. Filled with ice and water they cover the entire knee cap, side of knee and good portion of shin and thigh (I'm 5'9). Ice and water delivers more cold than just peas or ice alone. I absolutely love these. They don't leak, they are super cold and are more convenient than any other icing method.

Mabis Ice Bag - LucyintheSky on Apr 14, 2011

I received the Mabis ice bag on time and in good condition. I have used it and I'm very happy with it. I am glad that I bought it.

Mabis Ice Bag - Shari on Mar 4, 2011

I received my Mabis Ice Bags in the mail. It came very fast to Toronto Canada. I love it! It is durable and the ice last a long time before melting.

Thank you very much for your excellent service.

Useful For Cramping And Headaches - Richard J. Erickson on Feb 19, 2011

This has worked out well for use with cramping or headaches. Whether we use it for cold pack (ice) or warm pack (hot water), I'm glad not to have the issues of magnetic fields or the dangers of electric shock with electric heating pads.

Mabis Dmi Ice Bag - Kathleen Niederschmi on Feb 9, 2011

I like this ice bag but it is small. I thought it would work for my knee's but it's too small. It's a good product!

Ice Bag - P. Smith on Dec 14, 2010

This ice bag is durable but could have a bigger fill hole to insert ice. On the over all a nice size ice bag.

Does The Job Cheaper - A. Berger on Aug 3, 2011

this 11" bag is exactly the same as Faultless By Apotthecary Products Inc. Faultless Ice Bag Large 11 Inch which both comfortably hold 3x16 large ice cubes. I'm using them to ice my thigh after hip surgery, and the cold penetrates well through any t-shirt. If you are icing down your swelling, don't waste your money on all those flexible over priced blue gel ice packs, as they only hold cold for minutes, while (ice cube + isopropyl alcohol) or (frozen sugar water for slush) filled bag will hold cold for hours. If you must buy reusable packs, try Freez Pak 8oz Tundra bags which freeze solid and are a buck or two each wherever you buy picnic supplies.
