They Do Work But For Gas Try This... - F. Sparks on Jan 18, 2011

My little boy has had gas since day 1. I was worried that he was too young to give medicine, but at his first Dr. appt (3 days old), the pediatrician told us we could give him Mylicon every 2 hours to help. For some reason, we couldn't find Mylicon or a generic Simethicone drop anywhere, and my husband found 1 of these at a pharmacy. At first I wasn't sure if it worked or not, but I then realized that if I gave it to him right after or during a feeding, he would burp more quickly/easily. It always took us a long time to get a burp out of him, so I know that was making his gas worse when he didn't get the air all out. I think it works best if you do give it before/during a feeding, rather than waiting till he's already in pain from the gas. He likes the sweet taste, and the taste helps calm him because he'll actually suck on his pacifier after the drops are in his mouth, allowing him to calm himself down (stop crying & soothe himself with the pacifier).

Recently, a pediatrician friend of the family recommended we try giving him a probiotic supplement that we could buy at Whole Foods or any health stores. We've been mixing 1/4 tsp. of baby probiotic powder, into a bottle of milk (breast or formula), and a week later we are definitely noticing less gas and more ease passing gas on his own. I still give him these little tummies drops at night to make sure if he's got any gas, it doesn't wake him up & helps me burp him quicker during the night feeding. Each 1 ounce package costs $11 to 13 dollars at pharmacies, so a 3 pack from Amazon at $22 is a great deal. Currently they are offered by other sellers, hopefully Amazon restocks soon!

Was A Life Saver For Us - apoem "apoem" on Dec 31, 2010

After you have tried jiggling the baby and walking the baby and holding the baby like a cat in the tree and squeezing the baby's tummy; after you have tried just about everything you can think of trying to help your baby with the gas- this is the best stuff. It is such a relief to be able to use something gentle, made for babies and get some easing of discomfort for both you and the baby.

Love It. 3 Kids Worth Of It. - Picky Peggy on Jun 13, 2010

This product has always been there to help me with a cranky baby. It's sad that more people don't know about it. I love turning people onto it and having them come back and thank me. I've had 3 kids in 4 years and each of them has benefited from this product. There would be less sleep deprived parents in the world if more people knew about this!!

Works Great! - A. Shibley on Jun 18, 2009

My little one has trouble with gas, and these drops have made a huge difference for us. Whenever I'm having a tough time getting her to burp, I give her a dose and it works like a charm. She even loves the flavor--my husband and I call it her dessert. I honestly don't see much difference between this product and mylicon, which costs quite a bit more.

The Best - C. Bliss on Oct 14, 2011

We absolutely love Little Tummys over store brands and Mylicon gas drops. They taste better and they are cheaper. It has no colorants, and no artificial flavors - you can't beat that!

Better Than Mylicon - Steph on Sep 30, 2011

What an Awesome price for a great product. Tastes and smells better than Mylicon. My baby seems to like it a lot.

Works Good, But Amazon Sells Something Better! - K. Bernard on Jul 16, 2010

I purchased this before my baby was born as I was trying to be prepared with all the things she might need. I purchased it because it was cheaper than mylicon and had good reviews. I found it to work ok, but just not doing good enough. I kept feeling like I needed to keep giving her more in order for it to be effective. I then switched to Mylicon to try it out. Mylicon is crazy expensive. I found it didn't work at all and actually felt like it made her feel worse. After much research in effort to help my poor gassy baby, I tried several others then came across Woodward's Gripe Water (you can buy it on Amazon too). It is amazing!! So for Little Tummy's Gas Drops, they do help, but Woodward's is MUCH more effective. Hope this helps.

Brand New Baby! - katgirl0583 on Jan 5, 2012

I came across this product at my local Walgreens and the first time I gave it to my baby she had immediate relief! I got on to Amazon right away and found this 3 pack and placed my order! You can't beat the price! My husband and I call this our baby's miracle drops!

Gripe Water Did Nothing, Love This Stuff!! - Amanda Scoggins on Nov 20, 2011

before my daughter was born I bought a couple bottles of gripe water to have them on hand. I did so because so many people on amazon raved about the stuff. That is great if it works for you, I just think it must not work for every baby so be aware, gripe water did nothing for my baby while Lttle Tummy's always does the trick. Plus, she seems to like the taste a little too much :)

GREAT Stuff - PepsiChic on Sep 9, 2011

Great Value! - AMS0612 on Sep 9, 2011

These are the very BEST infant gas drops on the market! However, I have only found them in one retail store and they are super expensive. This 3-pack is an awesome value!

The 3 Pack Had Only One Pack - Jose G. Sanchez "JGS on Mar 2, 2011

Big Difference For Our Baby - Christina M. Derbidg on Dec 9, 2010

Like many babies, our baby has lots of gas and spits up a lot. Using Simethicone made a big difference. It doesn't fix everything. Babies burp and spit up a lot, but it reduced his gas noticeably right away (and he seems less uncomfortable when he has gas). I don't think the name brand is necessary, but if you use formula then you'll probably use a ton of this stuff and purchaing a few at a time with amazon prime membership was the best price we were able to find in Seattle. Although, once in a while I find it for a great price at Fred Meyer.

Lifesaver! - leigh on Feb 12, 2010

My little man had a lot of gas troubles when he was an infant. This stuff was magic, making him comfortable and a lot less fussy. Amazon has a great price, compared to a lot of pharmacy stores. Took off a star because you can still use store brand for a lesser price.

Works Great For Much Less. - D. West on Jan 11, 2010

We started with the mylicon brand drops. The Little Tummy's has the same active ingredient and is much less expensive. There was no change in the baby when we switched. Save money and use Little Tummy's.

Awesome Product, Must Have! - Kimberly M. "ksulten on Jun 26, 2011

Gas drops are a MUST have for newborns. Worth every penny.

Calms our cranky newborn almost instantly. Very effective at soothing gas pains.

Baby Is Allergic! - S. Wilson "sarbear" on Dec 2, 2010

I bought this for my 3 month old son after being pleased with Mylicon and the Target brand of gas drops. This version makes my son break out anywhere it touches his skin! After comparing ingredients, I realized the only difference is a natural berry flavor which is Strawberry. He must be allergic to strawberries. Since most docs recommend waiting until one year to introduce berries, I'm disappointed this company uses strawberry flavor. I like all of the other little remedies products. :(

Not What We Needed. - M. Davids on Aug 14, 2009

When Z was born, he was having a lot of tummy aches. We tried this product along with the Little Tummys Gripe Water. The gas relief drops only made him more miserable, but the gripe water calmed him down and helped us get him to sleep. I don't think this product is necessarily bad, but it wasn't what little Z needed. Luckily, he grew out of his problems relatively quickly!
