Enough For 1 Year - This Is The Generic For Claritin - Yarii on Mar 6, 2011

I'm allergic to pollen from junipers and maple trees and I'm also owned by two indoor cats. Need I say more? Before taking Claritin, and then switching over to this generic, I hadn't been able to breath freely for the past 8 years. I tried several of the latest prescription medications that my doctor gave me and they didn't work. I was going to give up and just put up with a stuffy nose, post nasal drip and a nagging cough for the rest of my life when I decided to buy a box of Claritin. It worked but it was expensive for long-term use.

This AllerClear is generic Claritin (loratadine). It works just as well and saves me way over $500.00 a year if I buy this generic brand instead. I haven't seen generic loratadine locally that is this inexpensive. Try it, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

Great For Hives!!! - J. Johnson on May 16, 2011

I have a very highly sensitive mold allergy which was making me break out in hives everyday. I was treating the symtopms with Benadryl, but that wasn't a feasible solution since I have to work and drive and Benadryl put me to sleep everytime. A friend reccomended Allerclear to me and I'm glad to report that it worked like a charm. Please be aware that it did take a good 3 to 4 days for it to fully stop the breakouts, but I'm hive-free & awake now. And the price? Come on....you can't beat it!!

Great Price, Great Quality - Jaz on Feb 26, 2011

I have used this generic replacement of Claratin, daily, for over a year now.
It works as expected, and I am very happy.
Considering the price, it is a no-brainer. It is a very good value, and a very good quality product.
This contains the same ingredient (Loratadine) as Claritin tablets.
I have had no allergy symptoms since I started using this.

Great Value For 10mg Loratadine Tablets - MarkOTheBigO on Apr 3, 2011

These are actually for my dog, the vet says she has allergies and had suggested 10mg Loratadine per day or every other day to help control sneezing and scratching etc. I've used other brands with my dog, and the Kirkland brand seems to work the same as the others so it's good.
The only negative comment is that the tablets seem to be sort of fragile, I noticed a couple of the tablets in the bottle were broke roughly in half...But no big deal.

Great Product At A GREAT Price - Amy on Sep 5, 2011

Thank goodness for generics. Due to allergies, I've needed medicine for years. And now I can get a whole years supply for less than $20! I take Loratadine everyday to combat my allergies to dust, pollen, mold, cats, etc.

Quick tip - Medicines like this often work best after taking them consistently for a week, so that a bit can build up in your system. On the other hand, if you feel that this medicine is not working as well as it once did, try going off it for several weeks, and then start up again.

Best Price, No Drowsiness! - Wulfstan "wulfstan" on Aug 18, 2011

Suffer from mild seasonal allergies? Tired of feeling dopey and drugged out after taking those bright pink antihistamines? Or of paying "through the nose" for the various OTC non-drowsy alternatives?

Then this is the product for you. Works almost as well as those bright pink tablets but without the drowsiness. And, this is a the best price I have found- a whole years supply for under a double-sawbuck.

Of course, one should always consult their MD if symptoms get worse or persist.

Great Product At A Fantastic Price! - Derrick Dodson "Font on Jun 27, 2011

I have been using Claritin daily for years to keep chronic sinus infections at bay. I was getting them through Sam's Club until just recently for around 35 cents per pill. I just moved to Oregon where there are no Sam's clubs, though. I went to my standard savior, Amazon, when I started running low. I hadn't ever really explored generics for Claritin before, but the price on these was amazing! These are a full 90% cheaper than Claritin, even here on Amazon, and they have been working great! I've been taking them for a week now and have noticed no change. In the past if I missed even one pill I knew the very next day, so I'm pretty comfortable saying these things rock! The only thing I was worried about was their shelf-life. They arrived mid June of 2011 and have an expiration date of December, 2012. For those that hate math, that's 12 months of pills and 18 months in which to use them. So, $17 per year or $170...that's a pretty simple choice for me. I'm going to be recommending them to my retired mother, seeing as how all her medicines seem to just get more and more expensive.

Expiration Date - Il Park on Mar 23, 2011

I only need 50 pills maximum per year, and I was worried that this would be too many for me. The expiration date on the package says August 2012 when I got it today March, 2011. So the expiration is about a year and half which is fair. I can use it for two spring seasons at least.

Works Great And The Price Is Right - Andrew K on Mar 8, 2011

I've taken AllerClear tablets for over a year and they really do work wonderfully. If I stop taking them for a while, I end up sneezing my head off within a week but when I start taking them again, symptoms disappear within 3 - 4 days. If you don't like taking large pills, don't worry. These pills are tiny (less than 1/4 inch long) but effective. In fact, an entire year's supply fits within a standard sized aspirin bottle. The fact that I can get a year's worth of allergy relief for less than twenty bucks makes this a no-brainer purchase.

Good Value Loratadine - J.F.L.-Fairfax VA "j on Mar 20, 2011

I am running out of the generic Claritin, and lo and behold, I find this generic 10mg loratadine at a price (note: "free shipping") that is better than at my local drug store or supermarket. I'm ready for allergy-season 2011.

Good Value - cincinnati Jake on Jan 23, 2012

If you use this product daily, there is no reason to pay store prices. The quality is fine and the expiration date was 14 months out. I will continue to purchase this item every 6 months.

Great Value! - sinatramania on Jan 22, 2012

I'm a pharmacist, and I can tell you that loratadine, the active ingredient (proprietary name Claritin) is not the best allergy medication out there. However, I believe it to be comparable to cetirizine (proprietary name Zyrtec), and for non-drowsy relief these two are the over the counter medications of choice. I am also nursing, and research favors it over cetirizine for use by nursing mothers. So it is the non-drowsy antihistamine of choice for nursing mothers who suffer of allergies like myself. This product in specific offers you a year supply of allergy medication for less than $0.05/day

Fraction Of The Cost Of Drugstore Prices. - Jamie D. on Jan 8, 2012

I get some seasonal allergy symptoms (itchy eyes, sneezing), that I used to take name-brand drugs for. To avoid the horse-pill sizes and stupid prices, I swapped to Loratadine pills...much smaller, just as effective. The local drugstore had their brand at 20 pills for $17. Hmm...I turned to my trusty Amazon, and found these! Fantastic price! I've now become the office drug pusher because anytime I see my coworkers suffering from spring pollen I sidle up to them and offer them some of these. They're cheap enough that I don't mind sharing.

Best Value For Your Money - Randi Houts on Dec 15, 2011

I use loratadine frequently and this product is the best value for your money, not even Walmart generic brand equate can match the price and Kirkland is a good product

Great Deal - NewEngland Nic on Dec 13, 2011

Bought this because in the spring I have horrible allergies...worse, since I moved down South...can you say Pollen sucks!!! This works great and you get alot for the price..I share it with my bf because he has allergies in the spring too...

Fantastic!!! - Loren G. Martin "lla on Dec 6, 2011

This is a second-generation, and as such it works great on the allergies with absolutely no drowsiness............what a great change!

Money Saver! - Lucky "Lucky" on Oct 8, 2011

My husband and I both have seasonal allergies and have found these work wonderfully! No side effects, no sleepiness, no "wired but tired" feeling either. These are a great way to save money also.

Timely Shipping,sealed Products - Joel B.Lee,Sr. on Oct 6, 2011

a year's supply@ 3 month price @ most retailers. Item was in date past usage date. I will reorder when needed.

Good Deal - Rolo on Sep 5, 2011

I usually bought 10 pills 3 to 4 times a year, i pay nearly 7 dollars each time, so it makes 30 to 40 dollars a year, i paid 13 dollars for this and it last 365 days, so it is a great deal for me.

Outstanding Deal - TomK1951 on Aug 26, 2011

Kirkland provides an excellent deal on a year's worth of 24 hour Loratadine. Same effectiveness as Claritin at a fraction of the price.

Great Buy! - Suzanne Dube on Jul 30, 2011

I haven't needed to open the bottle yet so I can't comment on its effectiveness. However, it was a great value.

Got Me Covered For The Year - MWCobra on Jul 27, 2011

I take one of these a day to handle my itchy eyes. I was buying locally in the 30 day box but then when I saw this one bottle that could last me a year I knew what must be done.

Perfect - lishixin on Jun 4, 2011

Only 12.65 for a whole year's usage! You can not ask for more. Highly recommended for everyone who needs allergy medicine.

Not As Good As Zyrtec - rio on Oct 29, 2011

I take Zyrtec one day and the Kirkland the other day to make it cheaper. However, Kirkland Allerclear is not as good as Claritin and is not as nearly good as Zyrtec. Maybe for some one with a mild allergy it works fine but not for me.

Just What The Doctor Ordered! - S. Perry on Jan 14, 2011

Although I'm not a doctor, this order was filled exactly as it should be. The AllerClear tablets have done well for me over the past year and was time to order more. These arrived right on time. --Exactly what I'd ordered. Thanx.

Got What I Ordered - Thomas A. Wilson on Aug 3, 2011

There's not much to say about this product. I got what I ordered, but it took longer to get here than I expected. However, I'll probably buy from Kirkland again.
