If you already use nicotine gum you will be pleased with this one. It arrived promptly, actually ahead of schedule.

There is no difficulty removing the gum from the wrapping, it's a simple snap and go, much like regular gums in this kind of packaging. There is a nice minty flavor.

Nicotine gum can be addictive, but it's better than smoking. I think the lozenges may be a better way to go, since with the gum you can chew faster to get a bigger "hit" but if you need that to avoid cigarettes, this may work for you.

As for the shipper and price, excellent.

I've tried three different store brands of nicotine gum. Habitrol is just as good if not better than all of them. The mint tastes good and the flavor lasts. I've wasted too much money on brand name cigarettes; I'm not doing it with the gum.

This gum has a nice taste and does what it's supposed to do. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it degrades and falls apart quickly. I have used other brands (like Nicorette), and I was able to "chew" one piece for an hour (resulting in using less pieces overall), but this gum lasts 20 to 30 minutes before breaking apart. Other than that, it's a good product at a great price.

Smoked for 10yrs, the gum takes the craving away, but I didnt get the nicotine buzz that I would get from dipping tobacco. I like the light-headed feeling that you get when you spark a cigg after not smoking for a day or 2. But it does the job, stick a gum in, and have no cravings. Good stuff.

This is the second brand of nicotine gum I have tried. The other was a CVS store brand also mint flavored. I have a strong stomach so I was pretty surprised when I noticed that this gum kept giving me heartburn. I am a very light smoker (a couple cigarettes a day) but when I drink all bets are off. I decided to get the gum so I wouldn't go through half a pack or more during a heavy drinking night and wake up feeling like an ashtray. Its also convinient if you are stuck in a public place that doesn't allow smoking. I don't plan on buying this brand again based on the poor experience I have had with it.

It your stuck with a box of this stuff I find it helps to sip on something while you are using it. Also taking breaks by holding it away from your gums with your teeth can minimize the negative side effects.
