It Works.. - IntheWoods on Mar 13, 2009

I went to the podiatrist.. She gave me some cream in a giant tube that cost $90. It was similar to smearing axle grease on your feet..

This product works just as well if not better, and much easier to apply and it's not as greasy. I think I picked the value size up for $9.95.

Here's a hint for all you folks that may not know.. If you do this you will increase the effectiveness of this stuff 100% if you have a really bad dry foot problem.

Apply a liberal amount of this to your heels or feet before you go to bed, loosely wrap saran or other plastic wrap around your feet, then cover with socks. Sleep this way. The remove the wrap in the morning, then dry your new feet. The key to healing your skin is moisture. The wrap holds the moisture in.

In addition if you have a real problem that this wont fix, you may have a fungal infection. Apply a small amount of Lamisil cream or other athletes foot cream under the Flexitol.

Try one of these as well to buff off dry skin after you bathe or shower (it can also be used dry).

Easy Grip Professional Foot Smoother - Lifetime Warranty + Free Shipping

Then apply the flexitol.

Using these tips will solve practically any dry, or built up callus problem you have. And will leave you with feet you'll want to show off to everyone in the spring. Well almost. LOL

No More Cracked Heels! - J. Lee on Jan 26, 2009

Although I did not purchase this product from amazon I have bought other foot creams through amazon and they just did nothing for my feet. I will not write a good review if I don't believe in a product if you use this foot cream daily 2x it does work. Every year especially in the winter I get really dry cracked painful heels. I for the first time in along time have soft crack free heels. I have found my answer so I don't have to search anymore for a solution, because for me this was it. I would highly highly recommend this heel balm.

Cracking Heels--this Cream Really Works - Linda G on Jun 9, 2008

I have tried many creams for dried, cracking heels. My podiatrist reccomended this one and I tried it not expecting much. This cream made a huge diference in just a few days. This is my first product review and I do reccomend this whole heartedly.

If You Liked The Older Formulation, Buy Flexitol Diabetic Foot Balm - Sarah on Aug 17, 2011

This is a great product but not quite as greasy, or as effective as the older formulation. It seems that Flexitol still makes that formulation but now markets it as Flexitol Diabetic Foot Balm 4 oz

Better Than Expected. - J. Richardson "jrlvs on Jan 4, 2011

I live in the desert, and am on my feet nearly all day, so tend to develop dry cracked feet. I didn't believe this product was as good as the reviews say, but thought I'd try anyway as other products have tried come up short. Well, I have to say, I'm a believer now. This product cleared up my cracked heels in three days as advertised. I am really impressed, and know I'll will continue to use in the future.

Fantastic Product - J. LaRue on Nov 30, 2010

This stuff is great, I use it on callouses on the balls of my feet and one corn. It softens them and removes them without any pain or discomfort. I will always have this on hand.

Ridiculously Impressive - mmblz on Feb 14, 2011

It really is crazy how quickly this product works. I've had deep heel cracks for a few years and have tried the usual: moisturizer, exfoliate, no open back shoes, etc. without any significant change in my heels. I found a website that mentioned Flexitol Heel balm along with a routine that has almost completely healed them (no pun intended) in 6 days. The first day, I used a pumice stone/ heel file and got rid of the dead skin after soaking my feet for 30 minutes. Put on the heel balm, wore socks, then reapplied at night. I've only used the file twice...however, I've applied the lotion religiously morning and night and I'm stupefied- no more pain and only the tiniest of cracks left. I just got sick of dealing with the pain/hassle and now I just wish I'd found this product sooner.

An earlier reviewer seems to find fault with the new formulation- all I've used is the new product so I can't comment on what it was like before- I just know it works now!

It's Not Just Another Cream - It Really Works!! - Nicole Armstrong on Aug 20, 2010

I've been looking forever for something that actually works on my extremely dry, extremely cracked feet. I've tried many creams recommended by friends, strangers and doctors alike. My Mom actually found this and insisted that I tried just one more cream. It was relatively cheap so I figured I would humor her. This cream worked incredibly well and incredibly fast. I used it the first day and by the next day I could walk almost pain free. As you continue to use it, it just gets better and better. Search no more, this is really what your looking for.

Best Foot Cream I've Used! - Pat the Cat Lover "P on Sep 27, 2009

This is the best cream/lotion for cracked feet I've found, and I've tries several "miracle" feet potions. Because I live in a relatively small town, it's usually sold here in 2-oz (smaller) quantities, so I decided to purchase the 4-oz. online. What I do is rub over my feet/toes just before bed and then put on a sock (in summer, a thinner sock). Recommended by a friend and I'm grateful to her because my feet always looked white, cracked and just plain awful.

Highly Recommended - bookaunt on Nov 9, 2008

I have cracked and thickened heels. This works better than anything else I have tried.

Best Foot Lotion Ever - A Bennett on Dec 28, 2011

The first time I tried Flexitol, I was looking for a lotion to help me deal with the dry, cracked skin of my heels. I picked it up more or less at random, but it turned out to be the perfect choice. Even after one night's use, I could already tell a difference. Now I buy Flexitol every winter.

Beware Of Seller's Products - shopper213 on Jun 25, 2011

I received this order and the seal was broken. The instructions on the heel balm tube clearly states, "if tube seal is broken or appears tampered with do NOT use". I contacted the seller and never heard back from them. Do not purchase from this seller because item was clearly defective and was unresponsive when I contacted them.

Best Foot Product Ever - Christopher R. Stalk on Aug 16, 2009

I have also been to the doctor for my heel cracks. I got some cream that burned and irritated my skin. I started using this heel balm 10 days ago and it is amazing. I love it.

Customer Review Of Flexitol Heel Balm Bought Thru Amazon - Jay in Pittsburgh on Jan 21, 2012

This is a very decent product when bought on line. The cost is half of what you would pay in the drug store. The product works well and for a diabetic such as myself, it is a little extra protection when caring for the heels of the feet.Amazon is a wonderful place to go for your on line purchase.

It Works And Is Pleasant To Use. - Bron "Bron" on Dec 16, 2011

This stuff works and has a pleasant smell. I saw results in just a few days. It's a little pricy, but worth it if you need it. (This is also available via Subscribe and Save a bit cheaper.)

I also use this thing (Denco Easy Grip Professional Foot Smoother ~ Callus Shaver ~ w/Lifetime Warranty) and between them have things under control.

Give It A Few Days And It Will Work - For Emergencies I Have Another Suggestion - tbyg on Dec 6, 2011

I like this because it doesn't have parabens like the other stuff I've used. Miracle of Aloe Miracle Foot Repair Cream (8 oz)

The Miracle of Aloe works a lot faster, mind you, but the Flexitol doesn't have too much gunk you can't pronounce in it. So I keep both in stock, the Miracle of Aloe for extreme emergencies (which I hope not to have so many of if I'll just use the Flexitol faithfully) and the Flexitol for regular use.

Great Stuff! - RGThomas on Nov 1, 2011

I had tried everything, even sleeping with socks on my vaseline-covered feet, but nothing helped like the Heel Balm. Now my the skin on my feet is free of the painful cracks.

Love Flexitol Heel Balm - Deb "Deb" on Oct 14, 2011

Flexitol Heel Balm is the ONLY product that ensures smooth, crack-free heels and feet. Great product! Will recommend to everyone.

THe Best! - rmorel011 on Oct 3, 2011

I have used many products over the years trying to heal my dry, dry feet that were always cracked. This is the very best of them all! When I went to get a pedicure the woman told me "nice skin"! What a change from snagging the carpet every time I walked! Use it you won't be sorry.

This Actually Works. - A. Kirk on Sep 12, 2011

This works better than any other product I've tried for cracked heels. I continued to buff with a pumice stone and used this at night. No more cracked heels.

Really Works. - M. Kohl on Jul 31, 2011

Urea helps heel dry cracked feet and this product contains 25% urea which is more then most other similar products. It's a balm not a lotion so it's thick and stays on. If you apply it before bedtime and put on a pair of socks of footies you'll notice a big difference the next day. Be sure to wash hands after application because it very irritating to the eyes if your accedently rub them. The product may be good for hands but I were to use it for that I would put it on at bedtime and wear a pair of soft cotton gloves as to avoid touching my eyes while a slept.

Doesn't Do Much Of Anything - J. Yaki on Jul 9, 2011

I have the black cracked callouses on my heels, and I hoped this would be the solution, so I bought 2 tubes. It doesn't really appear to do anything at all. I will burn thru these and get the yellow gooey cream that CVS sells with their own brand. That stuff works! I had a hard time finding it last time so I got this.

Flexitol Heel Balm - roger meneses on Jul 4, 2011

I've used this product for a while now. I bought maybe about 5 tubes at WalMart. It works ok, but the key I think is not Flexitol. The key is to exfoliate your feet and then apply Flexitol or some other cream. If I don't exfoliate my feet every week Flexitol doesn't really do all that much for me.

One Of The Few Products That Actually Works! - MrsC. on May 29, 2011

I have tried just about every treatment out there for dry feet. I have tried creams and lotions and vitamins, sleeping in white socks with my feet slobbered in goop and nothing has worked EXCEPT Flexitol heel balm. Now for me, I use this every morning after my shower. Then every night before I go to bed, I rub in some udderly smooth moo cow cream (this also has a high urea content). Then about once a week, I use a file to sand down the calluses. Not a steel cheese grater but a very soft almost emery board type of smoother. It just takes off enough skin and does not make my feet worse. This exact combination of three things works the best. But by far the most important one in my daily foot care is the Flexitol heel balm. If I run out for even 2 days, it takes another 4 days to get my feet back to looking soft and smooth. I always make sure I have enough!!

Try it - it really does work.

Excellent Dry Foot Cream - OGO "ogo" on May 11, 2011

This may smell a bit off-putting but the odor's not too strong & it really works. The urea in it softens calloused heels beautifully & makes them look healthy & fresh. No more ugly heels in sandals.

A MIRACLE PRODUCT - Nancy Levy "eastside on Apr 17, 2011

ALL OF MY LIFE I'VE HAD CRACKED HEELS TO THE POINT OF PAIN. YOU'D THINK I LIVED IN THE DESERT.
THIS PRODUCT IS THE MOST AMAZING THING! I WOULD GIVE IT 10 STARS. I WORKS THE FIRST TIME YOU USE IT AND CONTINUALLY WORKS UNTIL ...PROBLEM SOLVED. ANY OF THE PUMIC PRODUCTS AND SANDERS ONLY MAKE THE PROBLEM WORSE. FEXITOL HEEL BALM AND A PEDICURE, AND YOU'RE GOOD TO GO. I NEVER TRAVEL WITHOUT IT!!! IT IS WITHOUT A DOUBT THE BEST FOOT PRODUCT ON THE MARKET.

This Stuff Is AWESOME!! - Nycgal "Maryann" on Apr 10, 2011

I have never used a product that did what it claimed it would and then some!! What a truly amazing foot cream! My feet are as soft and smooth as a baby's bottom! The package claimed it would work in 3 days, well I noticed a difference the very next morning! AMAZING!!!!

This Stuff Really Works - terriz on Mar 31, 2011

I've tried all the dry feet products. This is the only one that gave me great results. The trick is to use it consistenly.

Great To Use For Cracked Heels... - CarePT on Mar 11, 2011

This is recommended for diabetic feet as they are more prone to difficulties with healing after cracking (which I am not), however I use this product when I notice that my heels are starting to get dry, and within 1-2 uses I notice a significant difference in the look and feel of my feet! Absolutely love this product.

It Really Works - Mother of Two on Mar 8, 2011

I was skeptical, but saw this on sale ($5.99) while food shopping at Dominick's so I decided to give it a try. It REALLY works. I've tried everything else and my heels never look or feel good. I will definitely stock-up on this product!

Great Product! - Patti on Feb 26, 2011

Flexitol Heel Balm is a wonderful product with excellent results. Smooth heels are achieved in only a few applications. This product was recommended by my podiatrist, and I will definitely be buying it again in the future!

A Little Secret That Shouldn't Be Kept... - oh2befree on Feb 16, 2011

For years and years, probably my whole life, I have had very hard dry feet with very thick deep cracks in my heels. The sharp edges of the cracks have caught and pulled my sheets terribly and are weapons on contact with human skin.
After my last pedicure (during which the lady laughed at me so for all the skin she shaved off my feet saying it looked like a blizzard)I decided I had to do something. I took my still cracked feet home and turned to Amazon. After reading about several items I narrowed my choice down to two finally deciding on Flexitol.
While I waited for my Flexitol I found the other item in my local pharmacy and decided to give it a whirl while awaiting the Flexitol. Bottoom line was it did nothing. Finally, the Flexitol came and I am blown away. It advertises that you should see some improvement after 3 days and lovely feet after two weeks. I am on the third day and the improvement already is fantastic; the way things are going now by the second week mark I may be able to be a foot model! Who ever would have thought.
So here it is: whatever you do, try the Flexitol Heel Balm first. And if your're diabetic, it is safe for you also.
MANY THANKS FLEXITOL!!!

This Stuff Works! - Lauren Carly Fay on Feb 13, 2011

I've tried everything. I even spent a fortune on fancy foot lotions and cream and this is the only thing that has worked. It was amazing! It said "visible results in 3 days" and it is so true! I've used it for exactly three days and already I can see a huge difference!
