It is smaller than I expected and if you have LOTS of pills (especially large ones ie. flaxseed ) you will not be getting everyone of them in the cubes. I also found I had to get use to sliding out the trays. But overall, for the price, I am satisfied.

Four-a-day Weekly Maxi-pharmadose Medication Organizer - W. Lynch on Jan 21, 2011

We have used several of this model pill organizers in my family for many months now. We use separate organizers for morning and evening meds and load 4 weeks worth at a time. We had the larger units and decided to go to this smaller (5.25x8") unit. It is sometimes tight to get all meds and vitamins in. It is easy to load and fairly easy to empty a single selection of pills into the hand. You must firmly hold the plastic slide that opens the slot so it doesn't slip down and allow some pills from the next lower slot to also come out. Also when taking from the bottom row, the slider flips up since it is below the plastic support slot -- an inconvenience, but not serious. It does have a lock to hold the plastic sliders closed. You must push a button on the right top to release a slider (you can elect to disable this). This was different from my previous larger organizer, but I came to like the feature. It prevents the organizer from slipping open, particularly when tossed into a suitcase for travel. Our previous larger version (same brand) lasted 16 years before the plastic trays where the pills sit began to crack. Overall we are pleased and haven't seen any other organizers that work as well and hold up. We would purchase the same product again.

My former pill organizer of the same brand just became too small when i was prescribed some large vitamins too. This next size up has much more space but doesn't take up much more counter or storage space. Thanks!

This is a very good product. It stays closed, but opens easily. The tapered bottom of each compartment makes it easy to remove the pills. My only minor criticism is that very small pills sometimes get stuck between the compartments and the closure mechanism. I ordered one about three years ago and am ordering another one for myself and another as a gift.

This is the greatest pill box made- it stays closed, you don't have to worry about it opening up in your luggage or even when you drop it on the floor.

This pill keeper is the best one i have. It only opens when i open it, unlike others. It also stays together for travel and you don'e lose any meds. You can write your meds on the back and what doctor perscribed them so you don't get in trouble for carrying pills with no script also. Makes it alot easier than carrying all the bottles when you go on short trips. I give it an A+. Super easy to fill.

This is the easiest medication organizer I have ever used. It is easy to fill and easy to empty. It also has an interlock to prevent it from opening accidentally.
