I have been waking up in the middle of the night, not able to go back to sleep for a couple of hours. Or sometimes wake up a 4am too late to even try to go back to sleep. Then so tired during the day, fight not to fall asleep every time I sit still for a few minutes.I thought I had tried everything,until I saw this. Decided to try this because I am nearing menopause and have always had hormonal issues. After just a few nights taking this, I'm sleeping well through the night, and feeling rested the next day.

I have been taking Remifemin for several months now but I suddenly started to get hot flashes again so I recently added Estroven PM. After 2 weeks on both products I no longer have any hot flashes or night sweats! In addition, I have started sleeping through the night for the first time in a very long time. I feel this product has helped me a lot and I hope it continues to work.

Estroven PM has given me back a good night's sleep. It is the only thing that has stopped the night sweats and waking up. Since I did not want a prescription aid or HRT, due to family history of breast cancer, I was so thrilled to find a product that worked. I hope it works for anyone else who tries this. It was such a blessing to get a good night's sleep!

Not as impressed with this as I was with Estroven extra strength (day time usage). Did not really assist with sleep - a significant syptom with menopause and post menopause. Will keep trying though.

I ordered Estroven PM and Estroven Max, and the PM seems to be helping with sleep. I would buy it again, and would recommend it thus far. Not sure about the Estroven Max just yet.

Many people believe that these herbal supplements don't have side effects--that is an erroneous idea. Depending on your own consititution, you may experience side effects with this product. I had tried Estroven Maximum Strength and found it to work adequately (although not great) in reducing the intensity and frequency of hot flashes. So I thought I'd try Estroven Nighttime. I had never tried the other ingredients in it (melatonin being one), but thought it would be helpful, as my hot flashes intensify at night, and I sometimes have trouble sleeping. Well, a while after taking it, my heart started to race, I had a feeling of anxiety, and I was sleepless throughout the night--It gave me terrible insomnia! So I looked around on the web, and sure enough, some people DO experience sleeplessness or insomnia and racing or pounding heart with this product (see Web MD for its "side effects" and some individual reviews from people who purchased it at a variety of websites). I would encourage you to try it--obviously it works great for many, many people--but if you find yourself tossing and turning all night after taking this, you may be one of the women who reacts poorly to the product. I'm going back to the "plain" variety and tossing this stuff!

I wasn't counting, but I would say I was having at least 6 hotflashes a day at work (probably more), and several in the morning before work (even while jogging), some in the evening and at least 4 every night. They were preceded by a kind of tingly feeling that I couldn't stand - sort of made me feel faint. I tried Estroven Nighttime (best price on Amazon) after my sister told me about it and it worked on the first day. I had no hotflashes until morning, slept very well, and morning one was milder. Had only 1 or so hotflashes through day and much milder. No longer had that tingly precurser. It stopped working for my sister and she switched to 2/day. That didn't help her either, so she switched to Mendapause (2/day) and it works great for her. I don't like that Estroven Nighttime has carcinogenic titanium dioxide coating so I also switched to Mendapause, but only 1/day. Mendapause does not work anywhere near as well for me. Only slight reduction in flashes if at all, and did not sleep well with it - flashes and sleeplessness, although not as much of the tingly precursor.
I wrote an email to makers of Extroven Nighttime to see if they could make it without Titanium Dioxide and got not response. Not sure what I will do next.

I could not sleep without Estroven nighttime. My hot flashes are gone, I am not lying there for hours on end tossing and turning, and I am not groggy in the morning. In addition, it levels out my mood so I am not so weepy.

This product is amazing. I was having a hard time sleeping due to the menopausal night-time sweats and Estroven almost stopped the sweats 100%. It says it takes up to 30 days but I saw the effects the first night I took it. Finally a product that actually does what it claims to do!

Yet again, I must write the praises of Estroven Nighttime as I find it to be a very helpful product for me. And thank you for sending it so promptly - I appreciate that. I would definitely suggest that every menopausal woman try Estroven Nighttime if you are having menopausal symptoms that affect your sleep. It's a helpful product and does not leave you groggy in the morning which is very important. If you are just starting to use it, don't give up on it because it does take a few weeks to get completely into your system and work its best. But it's definitely worth the wait.

Yes making a comment that a product changed my life sounds over dramatic but it's true! Immediately following my 40th birthday I started experiencing insomnia and night sweats. I never had ANY difficulty sleeping, in fact I have slept like a rock my entire life. It took me a while to put the two symptoms together and after exhaustive research I came to the conclusion that it was hormonal. Valerian Root is reported to be good for more sound sleep which led me to Estroven. This product worked for me the first night. I have slept soundly ever since and the night sweats have been dramatically reduced. If I forget to take it the symptoms come right back. I am on auto delivery with Amazon because I always want to have a supply on hand and because it's such a great value.

I am menopausal and have been waking up a couple of times a night, drenched in sweat, then unable to go back to sleep for an hour or more. I am not generally a pill-taker and did not want to go the Ambien or melatonin route. I tried the Estroven Nighttime and within a week, I started sleeping through the night. What a difference that makes in my daytime energy and clarity! I have also noticed that I can feel a night sweat coming on, and it sort of just stops... Like a hot flash governor of sorts. Love love love this product, and so does my hubby now that I'm not so grouchy due to severe sleep deficit.

I have taken Estroven PM for about two years. I have had great success with this product. When I have stopped taking it, the day and night sweats and interrupted sleep return. Having hot flashes at work can be embarrassing-since it is so obvious to people around you. Trying to hide it is impossible. At night my body is so hot that it feels like the I am sleeping on a hot bed. Estroven PM has addressed my problems without side affects. I recommend this product.
