My friend introduced me to Dr. Schulze, and I sort of glanced her catalog. Then I started feeling constipated, so I decided to go online and check out the good doctor's website at herbdoc.com. What a plethora of information! He's cured some of the toughest and nastiest of constipation.

Since I'm on a tight budget, I decided to spend money on his 24-hour detox which cost only $10. It's suitable if you've been going may only once or twice a day. You're semi-regular but need a full flush. It has 6 capsules of Intestinal foruma #1 and 50 capsules of Instinal Formula #2. I think the 24-hour detox is only sold on his site. I haven't seen it on Amazon.

I received the stuff yesterday and took 2 Intestinal Formula #1 caps. I started feeling a little gassy, so I asked my friend if you're supposed to being gassy an hour after dinner. She told me, "Let it do it's thing. You're supposed to get gassy."

When I woke up this morning, I went to the bathroom. I thought, "Whoa. All that was in me?" It may come out as a small piece first, so don't suddenly get up off the toilet. You're not yet done. Then a minute later, a bunch of it comes out.

Then I had to take two caps of Intestinal #2 five times throughout the day with water. Intestinal Formula #2 is weaker in strength than #1, for those who prefer a milder effect. There was more stuff that came out. This stuff keeps working, going and scraping out stuff that must have been in their aeons ago.

So it does work. No, you don't feel like you've got to run to the bathroom or you'll explode. Chemical laxatives will make you feel that way, but not this. But you'll know when you have to go. All in concert with your body rhythm.

I'm going to keep up with this for a while. You definitely feel different. I can bend over and not feel like I'm my lower stomach is being squeezed from the inside. Your stomach feels a little flatter. It works just like he says.

If you're really constipated or haven't had a movement in months, you probably want to up the dosage on Formula 1 or buy one of the stronger kits. Call the 1-800 number and get advice if you need it.

Splendid product for those whom need some assistance with removing the bodies waste , whether it be age,taking pain meds, or some other reason this product works .It does not tax you system as other products do, much easier on your overall system but boy does it work .If your experiencing removal issues you know how uncomfortable life can be and how horrible you feel to have all the toxins in your body . Once using this product and doing as your body is suppose to do (remove waste) you will feel lighter and healthier resulting in much better health and well being .

Do not hesitate , I've like others here have tried many products only to get partial relief . Being under pain management meds this has allowed me to feel whole again and so much healthier .Also finding natural alternatives to pain meds and on my way to be med free by the way of natural products !

A bit more expensive than other products but well worth it as it simply works and works well !

This intestinal formula got me moving within a day, while most cleanses take a few days to a week to start clearing out my gunk. I bought this product because I became constipated while on the Medifast diet (which is also a fantastic system). After three doses of this concoction I was whistlin' dixie on the crapper. I could not believe the volume of stool produced. My gas decreased and my stomach went completely flat. I did have slight cramping for a few minutes prior to my first movement, but it was not severe or in any way painful. Also, this product does not give you feeling that you must either find a commode within 30 seconds or face involuntary explosion. Do allow a few minutes for your first evacuation, cuz it just keeps on a comin'

After I had my 3rd baby I got really constipated!!! I just could not sht!!! the doctors gave me Colace or whatever it didnt work at all! did the whole fiber thing and nothing helped! I tried alot of stuff!!!! anyhow doctor didnt know what to do for me and I would cry from the pain of not pooping!!!! I was bloated and felt sick, slugish, and just crying all the time from the pain!!!! I would sit on the toilet for 2 hours and nothing would come out but a litle tiny round turd lol the size of like a dime! and it would drive me crazy! anyhowwwww I just gave up and thought im going to get very sick! I had no idea what to do.....I did try this one cleanse before but it didnt help so right when i was about to give up....?

And I forgot how I even ran into this Dr Schulze stuff BUT wow so happy I did damnitt ! Im 33 and I felt 50! anyhow I love Organic stuff and this is all organic etc! well I said this stuff is a bit pricey but way worth it and heck its organic and I personally drove down 1 1/2 hours to MArina Del Ray where this doctor has a clinic pharmacy where you can walk around and ask questions and they will help you pick what u need etc! I bought the kit AND WOW!!!!!!!!

I pooped perfect after the cleanse! every day after its been like 2 years since Ive taken it but Im starting to have the same problem again and so im going to do another cleanse.....this should be done seasonal or atleast once a year!! recommended! Do NOT take this unless you are seriously constipated. And avoid taking the pill the night before a special event or somewhere important you have to go. Make sure you have access to a bathroom at all times. This pill will make sure you are cleaned out completely! Just when you think you're done, you are back on the toilet. This is not diarrhea, just normal movements. The herbs are very powerful. Do not open the capsules and poor in mouth or on food. It is liable to burn you.

One pill, about 1 hour AFTER my last meal is all it takes for me. The next day you'll be taking a trip to the moon. Always start with ONE pill and then see how it works, then use two if needed. I wish they had a "Light" version of this formula because it can be hard on the gut at times.

I bought this product with hopes that it would help me with my regular constipation issues. It seemed to work for the first day or 2 but not much after that. Maybe they aren't strong enough for my system or something. So if you have real problems with producing regular daily bm's, this might not be enough. But everybodies body is different, so who knows.

I ordered this product thinking that it would do the job. I started w/1 pill, but nothing:( so the next day I took 2 pills, but nothing again :( since the third day I've been taking 3 pills and still nothing to speak of. BUT it works for my son that has cerebral palsy, and if he's happy I'm happy. So, it may or may not work for everyone; I guess you've to try it to decide for yourself!! GOOD LUCK.

I was a little sceptical, but after reading other high mark reviews decided to give it a try. Before I started trying Dr. Schulze's Formula 1, I was taking Citrecel 3 times a day (2 capsules each time)and wasn't having success until 4 hours after I woke up ... my colon was controlling when I was able to start getting out and doing things... stressful! With the Formula 1, after I finally discovered the amount of capsules that I needed to take daily (I experience success about 1 hour or less after I wake up)I feel like I have my life back! Just need to be sure to drink plenty of water every day.
