Editorial Reviews
The Abena Abri-Form fitted briefs are one of the leading adult diapers in Europe and are known for their high quality and super absorbency.

I have found a preference for 2 products so far. Abena Abriform X-Plus, and the Molicare Super Plus. Both products are strong in their own right.
The Abena Abriform X-Plus actually seems to me to be cut a bit better so that it does not dig in or bunch up as much between the legs. The tapes are very sticky and if you use the blue tab for the first stick, you can unfasten and refasten the tapes as needed. However, you'll need to restick the tapes to the blue tabs, and you'll want to get it right the first time. Once on, the blue tapes cannot be readjusted without tearing the backing. Once you stick the regular tapes to the diaper's backing, they're there.
These diapers are very absorbent, and can be worn for extended periods of time. They are comfortable, and while thicker than most, are discreet enough to be worn without concern for being heard. The Abenas have more padding than the Molicares. They have very excellent wicking ability, but aren't going to wick all the way up the back.
Northshore Care has the best price on the Abenas and I've found a website outside of Amazon for the Molicares. The Abenas with free shipping break down to $1.35 per diaper. The best price I found on the Molicares with free shipping breaks down to $1.33 per diaper.
As a male with a 33 inch waist, I wonder if the small size may fit me better, since the top tapes on the mediums almost touch in the center. On the other hand, the family jewels are not getting squished in the mediums.
