Best Diaper In The World - College Diaper Lover on Sep 6, 2011

The diapers i ordered came a day earlier than expected which was great and i absolutely love them. I dont have incontinence problems i just enjoy wearing and using adult diapers. The M4s are very thick and make that lovely crinkly sound when u move around. They are also very absorbent which makes these diapers very useful when u want to have multiple wettings in one. They are soft to the touch on the inside and feel great!!! i would definitely recommend these diapers to anyone!

One Of The Best Around. - A. Purl on Feb 6, 2011

I've been using various incontinence products for years.

I have found a preference for 2 products so far. Abena Abriform X-Plus, and the Molicare Super Plus. Both products are strong in their own right.

The Abena Abriform X-Plus actually seems to me to be cut a bit better so that it does not dig in or bunch up as much between the legs. The tapes are very sticky and if you use the blue tab for the first stick, you can unfasten and refasten the tapes as needed. However, you'll need to restick the tapes to the blue tabs, and you'll want to get it right the first time. Once on, the blue tapes cannot be readjusted without tearing the backing. Once you stick the regular tapes to the diaper's backing, they're there.

These diapers are very absorbent, and can be worn for extended periods of time. They are comfortable, and while thicker than most, are discreet enough to be worn without concern for being heard. The Abenas have more padding than the Molicares. They have very excellent wicking ability, but aren't going to wick all the way up the back.

Northshore Care has the best price on the Abenas and I've found a website outside of Amazon for the Molicares. The Abenas with free shipping break down to $1.35 per diaper. The best price I found on the Molicares with free shipping breaks down to $1.33 per diaper.

Best Diapers Ever Made - Pat on Nov 25, 2011

Very comfy, absorbent. Only diapers I will buy. Bulky but I absolutely love them. Buy these if you want the best diaper on the market!

Abena X-Plus - Edanba on Jun 18, 2011

Used for my 90 year old mom A bit bulky but probably one of the most absorbent diapers available. Best nighttime protection.

Excellent Adult Diaper - Tin Lizzie on Aug 18, 2011

These are well designed and well built diapers for those who need serious absorbency. Soft plastic backing and refastenable tapes (one tape on another type) make for a good fit. Bulky, but that should be expected in such a highly absorbent diaper.

As a male with a 33 inch waist, I wonder if the small size may fit me better, since the top tapes on the mediums almost touch in the center. On the other hand, the family jewels are not getting squished in the mediums.

Plastic Is Ok But Absorbency Is Astounding - TP on Jun 18, 2011

This has now become one of my favorite diapers. I think I like the Air Plus a bit better but only because they add a bit more comfort. The absorbency is amazing. This diaper can be wet 3 or 4 times and still have some capacity and be comfortable. I usually love plastic backed diapers and these are great but the plastic is a little thin and stretchy. overall I give these diapers a solid 8/10

Very Absorbant And Comfortable Adult Diaper - frank on Apr 25, 2011

I have urinary incontinence, and this is the most absorbent, comfortable adult diaper I have found for extended wear, when I am away from a facility where I can change My diaper often, and nightime use where multiple wettings may occur, this diaper has never leaked while many other brands have, causing great embarrassment. I am very pleased with this diaper, and would recomend it to anyone that needs the protection of a diaper that will not leak.

Excellent Diaper For Daytime Use - donny on Jan 17, 2011

I have tried most disposables on the market and can assure you the x-plus is by far the best. Rarely do I have any leaking problems and when I do it's my own fault for letting it get just too saturated. I agree with other posts that they are very comfortable to wear and also very comfortable after getting wet. They are thick and the first time I wore one that was a noticeable difference but after I used 2 or 3 diapers I didn't notice this at all. I usually get about 12 hours out of one diaper. I also agree that if you sleep on your side like me they are not good for overnight use. Thick cloth diapers with plastic pants are the only solution I've found for keeping the sheets dry when bed wetting. For daytime use however I will and strongly recommend the x plus.
