I use this saline for so many reasons due to allergies. It is very gentile on my system. It is a perfect mix with none of the side affects of the salines/sprays that burn you then creat that nasty swelling if over used. I highly recommend this product to stop the pollen and mold from getting to the rest of your system. I use half or less of the allergy meds I used to, and I do not get the crouping coughs any more!!! Salt water kills mold and polen!! Natural Eucalyptol opens air ways.

I used to get a lot of sinus headaches that would range from bad to awful, but this stuff has cut the rate way down! Now I get a minor headache once a month instead of a major one every two weeks.

I got it on a recommendation from another sinus-sufferer friend who couldn't take decongestants due to heart trouble. The eucalyptus and menthol give it a little bit of extra kick that beats plain saline, for sure.

It might be overwrought, but I'm not kidding when I say my quality of life has been dramatically improved by this product! If you get a lot of sinus headaches, you know what I'm talking about. And if you don't, just imagine what it's like to not need to be kicked in the face by a mule twice a month.

I have no idea how well this works for people in general, but it worked for my friend and me. More reviews would be good.

(I've also seen it in Longs and Fred Meyer's stores, but the prices are generally the same as here at Amazon--looks like Amazon has a 6-pack that qualifies for free shipping, too. The shelf-life is about two years.)

I also used to get sinus infections all the time and terrible allergies in the fall. Now I use 4-Way several times a day. Allergist told me once that nasal sprays keep the histamines from starting up. Haven't had an infection in several years now, and rarely a headache. Walmart used to carry, but I think they removed because there's also a 4-Way with decongestant and it could get confused. Or, it took up too much competitive shelf space. Used to buy it from drugstore.com, but they messed up orders and substituted similar items one too many times.

My wife stumbled across this product one day in our local grocery store. I couldn't thank her enough for finding such an awesome product. Both my wife and I have sinus problems and using this in the morning (if not several times a day) really made a difference.

The menthol really intensifies that cool rush of air you get when blow your stuffy nose! Really is a nice way to wake up in the morning or to re-energize yourself in the middle of the day.

I didn't realize that throughout the day my sinuses would get clogged and I was working with less oxygen in my body - shorter breaths, breathing through my mouth, etc. Inevitably, around lunch time when most people are dragging I would get a burst of energy just from cleaning out my nasal passages.

I highly recommend this to anybody!!!

Using it for years in winter. Better moisturizer than plain saline. Saline alone can be like salt in a wound. This stuff has menthol, eucalytus extract, & glycerin to better soothe & fight dryness WITHOUT vasoconstrictor (e.g. phenylephrine, oxymetazoline). Hard to find locally, so ordering on-line has been my only option.

Very difficult to find this product in stores anymore. Other sprays are uncomfortable to use but this one, in addition to the nice smell is also a more gentle spray. I promptly sent an email to the seller when I opened the package complaining of receiving the wrong item but almost before I could turn my computer off they sent me a reply explaining the box is different and where to look for the words "eucalyptol and menthol" (under the 4 in small letters). I agree with the other reviews that this is an excellent price with very reasonable shipping. The last time I found this in a store it was $7.99.

I used to be able to buy this product in one of the major pharmacies such as Walgreens. They discontinued carrying it. I did a web search and found it online then ordered some. They gave it a nickname of (Set 4 baby)! Well I assumed that I would get 4 one ounce bottles for the $12.99 better yet $13.00 that it cost me for the 1 ounce bottle. I received it fairly quick but was very disappointed in the amount of product that I received. This is truly an excellent product but it behooves me as to why it cost so darn much especially when you can get just the plain menthol for less and receive 3 bottles. Does menthol,eucalyptol,and saline cost that much or are we paying more for natural ingredients???? Somebody help me make sense of this!!!

Way better than using just plain saline spray. During the winter, I frequently get nosebleeds from failing to keep my sinuses moist. I usually use plain over the counter saline spray. This year I decided to try something new, and I'm liking it much better. The menthol fresh feeling makes me want to use the spray more often, and it keeps me on track with using it regularly.

The product I received is the new one in the blue and white box. The product in the blue, white, green and gold box has more eucalyptus and is the one I expected. I definitely prefer more eucalyptus in my nose spray. I could have purchased the product in the blue and white box locally. It is also similar to other products. I was very disappointed in my purchase and the fact that the company did not respond to my lament.

I use this for severe sinusitis and it is a miracle! It's much gentler then prescription, has no side effects (that I've experienced) and works as good! It opens and shrinks the airways and keeps me much more comfortable. If I had to voice one complaint is that it's so difficult to find, I've had to purchase it online for the past 5 or 6 years, because I cant find it in any of my local stores. Bummer!!!

I absolutely love this saline nose spray!! The Eucalyptol and Menthol add a great cooling effect which really seems to help in moisturizing my nose more than just regular saline solutions. I'm so glad Amazon sells it because it's ridiculously hard to find!! I can't get it at any of my local stores and it's not found on many online stores either. When I couldn't find this, I tried taking regular old saline solution and adding eucalyptus and peppermint essential oils to it but it just didn't measure up. I can't believe I'm this excited over a nose spray but this one is awesome to me! I mostly use it for moisturizing my nostrils and when I have an itchy nose during allergy season. I prefer to use it over the nose sprays that have drugs in them. And I always try to have a bottle of it on hand when I travel on an airplane because the air is always so drying!! It really helps to have it handy before, during and after the flight. It works perfectly for me. I can't sing it's praises enough!! =)

My first use of this came after driving from the Bay Area to Denver. Once I hit the Colorado border, my nose just dried out. I found this at a City Market in Westminster, and relief was immediate and consistent. This is non-medicated, and just for moisturizing, and for 10 years-plus, it's done the job, whether in low-humidity areas, working in a dusty environment, or on the London Tube(OMG, what a relief it is there!!).
It's tough to find in stores, since most just stock plain saline spray, but it's easily ordered here on Amazon, or at your local retailer.
BTW, I sent a few bottles to a friend who's a Londoner, and he ended up asking his local chemist to stock it....and their employees are now firm converts to it!

I had been fighting sinus and ear problems due to the area of the country that I live in. This product cleared up the sinus passage and the ear pressure stoped. I have ben able to stop the allery medicine that I was taking since it did not seem effect on my problem.

I've suffered from post nasal drip, stuffy and runny nose for over forty years. I have also used saline nasal sprays for many years. Now, I can find no saline nasal spray with menthol and eucalyptus aromatics in them except 4way and it is simply wonderful. It not only cleanses your nasal passages but the perfect mix of those herbal aromas make your nose feel wonderfully clear and soothed.

i received my package after anxiously waiting it's arrival because i have bad sinus issues and nose clogging, only to find the spray was sealed but was empty, due to the reason that the package had been squashed while in transit. i will try to see if they can either send me a good one or get a refund. but if they do send me a better one ill make a second review for this product from this sellar, packaging was not good at all on the one i got.
