I have had 3 sinus surgeries & my doctor has urged me to use saline spray on a continuing basis. This is the best one I have tried. It is hard to find in stores, so that is why I ordered it online. The Eucalyptus & Menthol helps me breathe better & I haven't had a sinus infection since starting it. I have recommended it to my friends and family.

This will not make your symptoms go away, but will keep your sinus passages moist and the menthol helps you to breathe easier. I found this product after "burning" my nostrils with decongestant nose sprays which will just make you worse. I have been using this for years, it is an excellent product! You are not limited in how much or how often to use and it is a step up from regular saline sprays.

We were told that this item has been discontinued by the manufacturer. Drugstore.com no longer offers it. We found a very good supply on Amazon and stocked up. This Menthol saline spray gives a better feeling to the nasal passages than regular saline mist. 4 Way Menthol saline spray was even recommended by our ENT who uses it also. It is too bad that 4 Way discontinued such a fantastic product.......we have sent dozens of these bottles to our troops in Iraq who find this product superior to standard saline sprays.

I absolutely love this saline nose spray!! The Eucalyptol and Menthol add a great cooling effect which really seems to help in moisturizing my nose more than just regular saline solutions. I'm so glad Amazon sells it because it's ridiculously hard to find!! I can't get it at any of my local stores and it's not found on many online stores either. When I couldn't find this, I tried taking regular old saline solution and adding eucalyptus and peppermint essential oils to it but it just didn't measure up. I can't believe I'm this excited over a nose spray but this one is awesome to me! I mostly use it for moisturizing my nostrils and when I have an itchy nose during allergy season. I prefer to use it over the nose sprays that have drugs in them. And I always try to have a bottle of it on hand when I travel on an airplane because the air is always so drying!! It really helps to have it handy before, during and after the flight. It works perfectly for me. I can't sing it's praises enough!! =)

From the reviews on this site, I was hopeful I found a natural way to sooth my irritated nasal passages from a bad cold. However this spray only irratated them further. I believe it was the menthol part of the spray that gave me a burning sensation. Also, the spary action was not as strong as some other types I have tried. So far, a product called "Sino Fresh" has worked best for me.

It's soothing when you're stuffy and refreshing when you're traveling.

Cooling, not 'chemically'. No burning on sensitive tissues.
Seems like it'd perfect for kids and adults.

After getting the okay from our family vet - even our pet cockatoo birds benefit from a fresh bottle lightly vapor-sprayed around (not directly into) their faces on dry winter days.
Minor parrot sniffles gone pretty-much instantly.

I had surgery on Wednesday February 16, 2011. The ENT prescribed AYR Saline Nasal Mist, however did nothing for me. So I found 4way Saline Moisturizing Mist and it works great. I am still using 4way even after three weeks and it lets me Breath due to the natural Eucalyptol & Menthol. My problem is I still have large scabs in my nose and I am scheduled to get them removed. 4way has been my life saver and I can breath much better. Thanks...4way...

the sprayers don't work very well. they squirt, more than spray. the eucalyptus is a good touch, but if your nose is bleading, it will burn.

When winter comes, the inside of my nose gets very dry and irritated. My sinuses are so dry that when I try to sleep my sinuses hurt and I also wake up coughing. I purchased the Ayr gel and it did help the dryness in my nose but burned when I used it. The standard saline moisturizer did very little. I now use 4 Way several times a day and just before bedtime. My nose is no longer dry and bleeding and I don't wake up and night. It doesn't replace summer moisture in the air but it's the best product I've found yet.

This Menthol Moisturizing Saline Mist is THE best! I was frantic when my local "CVS" stopped carrying it. I used to be addicted to regular nose spray...the rebound effect...been there, done that! Then my Mother started buying this Saline spray about 10 yrs. back and I gave it a try. My purchase was actually for her..however we SPLIT the box! It really helps open up nasal passages with the comforting Menthol scent and the saline spray really keeps your nose moist inside. Being from NJ (the Ragweed Capitol of the US...lol) I am used to having severe allergic rhinitis but I could never get used to not being able to breathe. Of course, there are some days when you just have a cold and nothing will help but whether on a daily basis or if you need it every few days/weeks...this stuff WORKS..and it works GREAT!! I love it and will never be without it!!

If you have ever used a saline spray - this is the BEST one out there. The flow of the bottle, and the contents with menthol & eucalyptus works like a charm. After suffering with allergies, and nasal polyps for years - finally having nasal surgery to rid myself of the polyps, and regain my sense of smell and taste this is part of my daily routine now. I have a deviated sinus and I'm blocked all of the time. The 4 Way Mist works great, the spray cleans and disinfects the sinuses. The menthol and eucalyptol opens them up. I'd like them to be stronger but this would be ok for most people. I also like to tilt my head back and let it run down into my sinuses and throat. I wait a couple minutes and blow my nose. Then I use the spray NasalCrom which keeps my sinuses clear for hours. This stuff is amazing, it's non habit forming, ok to use if you are on other meds or have high blood pressure.

I believe this product would work for most people but it really didn't help me a lot because I have sinus inflammation. However, for others, I think this is a great alternative for people who don't want to use other nasal decongestant products that can be addictive. They should improve the spray nozzle though. Otherwise, it's worth a try and the price is great.
